I didn't want to report the vehicle as dirty when I picked it up because I know the owner of the gas station but the vehicle was filthy. I had to throw away a bunch of cardboard boxes, empty water bottles and garbage that was left in the back of the van by the previous renter. Unfortunately the gas station owner never really checks the vehicles after they have been returned. As you can see from the pictures of when I returned the vehicle that it was beyond clean. I swept and left the vehicle ready for the next renter. I really only use this place to rent the van because it's never busy and he is the closest to my house. I rent often because I am a DJ. Impossible to return. They did not speak understandable English, they made we wait 30 min to provide confirmation that truck was returned in good condition. They made me park the truck in one specific spot that hardly fit. Really terrible I will not be using u-haul againLANCEALLEN G.

They should not be renting out Uhaul trucks that are not working properly. They already had a complain filed with Uhaul because the car key would not work all the time but still rented it out to me. I have never left a bad review before for any business, however, I am not a fan of how this matter was handled.Efthemia S.

The location was convenient but dirty and difficult to park, I would comeback for the convenience of the location.. the guys that worked there were nice..Gonzalo C.
This facility was easy to access from a local highway, but otherwise was nothing spectacular. It opted to use my mobile phone to run through the pickup process. While it was convenient, it certainly was not fast. It took at least 10 minutes to be â€œapprovedâ€ even though all of my info was entered the day before while creating the reservation. The floor on both the drivers and passenger sides were covered in sand, and the cargo area had a bit of dead grass scattered about. The van was returned much cleaner than I received it. The van was otherwise fine and got the job done.Larry K.

I was overcharged due to what seems like a miscommunication with your customer service agent & mis-leading contracts. Initial quote and final bill are drastically conflicting. Will consider using a different rental company in the future.Joseph A.

Upon arriving at my scheduled pick up time I wasnt greeted by a service agent, but a gas station attendant that did not know how to submit the payment for the truck and I ultimately had to call customer service to be assited; in all it took over an hour to process and get me on the road. Next, upon attempting to drop off the vehicle, no one was to be found to tell me where to park the truck and even after finding someone the attendant directed me to someone else who stated "I dont know, it's not my problem". Needless to say I left the truck where I had I initially parked it. After neither was able to assist me in physically returning the truck to get any paperwork so I had to begin the process of mobile return, standing outside in the rain with my son, just so I wouldnt be charged an additional "convenience fee" because none of the attendants knew what they were doing. I will not use that location ever again, even if it means paying more for mileage as they are out of way.Ronn S.

I was very I was told that this location(a gas station) will not hire anyone just to improve the process for Uhaul. Reason being I was about to be charged for apparently not adding enough gas into the rental. It was given to me with 3/4 full tank and I returned it the same way, but apparently I was sent an email that I knew nothing about that stated It was given to me with just over 3/4 of a tank full. I explained that the young man (who was attending the gas station as well as the uhaul costumers) did not have me sign anything or go over the vehicle for damages, and also let her know he knew that there was only 3/4 tank of gas as he was also the one that pumped the gas into the rental and said â€œnow we are okâ€ before I returned the rental. I cannot recommend this location to anyone, I should've known better but I decided to look at reviews for this location after my experience. My experience was not good at all!!Javier F.

Had to go around the block three times to be able to pull in, them I was made to pull out and go to another lot. NO room to drop the trailer off. Not even sure if they checked the trailer in? I wanted to use another U haul drop off, that I've used before but that location would not come up when making the rental? I would have rather have dropped the trailer at Any other dealer than this one, They had no room. were no help. and didn't speak english. Not a comfortable situation. I have no clue how much my credit card was actually charged because I was told I would get an email with the final charge after the van was returned with the total and have yet to receive any email and my initial receipt i got BEFORE I took the van does not have a total on it!
