Tires were good no visible dents. Upon releasing the tire hold down straps the drivers side strap was to short to use. Staff was friendly and courteous.

So crowed you couldn't move. Person dealing with us walks off and starts helping someone else before we was even done. I just left after waiting 30 mins on her even though I was there 1st. UHaul is the most expensive junk around in my book. Should have got a Penskie truck would have saved $100 for a in town rate. I know now for next time.

I was charged for going over by 5 miles when I brought the truck back with MORE gas in it than when I got it!!! I was not even given enough miles to begin with, as the first RUDE person was SO RUDE, I wasn't comfortable asking him to change HIS MISTAKE in entering my preferred drop-off location... THAT'S what caused me to go over the miles to begin with!!! I have to use a rental again for another move this month and don't want to have to use U-Haul AGAIN!! This entire rental was doomed from the start, as the mileage allowance was WAY under what was necessary, considering where I needed to go to pick up my stuff and then drop it off! I had to request more miles on the front end, which was a guestimate! How U-Haul expects one to have to drive to a city with no U-Haul pick-up locations, then drive to a rural area, to unload and return the truck within a small mileage allowance is beyond me! I'm extremely unsatisfied with being charged for the extra miles, considering how I was treated in the beginning (like I was a bother to be renting a truck from him), and considering y'all got WAY MORE than the 5 miles' worth in gas out of me upon my return gas level! Perhaps, I should have siphoned off 5 gallons of gas, and called it even! Totally unbelievable!

This location was a bit cramped for getting into and out of. However, it was very doable and the experience was excellent. Quoted below is a message that I sent to the owners: Dear Mr. & Mrs. McGaha, I rented a U-Haul truck this week and completed my move yesterday. I want to thank you for making the rental go so smoothly and the move off to a great start. Please pass my thanks to your team for their help. A special thanks should go to that very sweet girl who hauled out the 4 big sacks of blankets and then made sure they were put on the truck. She was so pleased to help with the process and I most appreciated her care and big smiles. Thank you again and I will add these comments to any request for my evaluation of U-Haul's operations. 3 trailers later left with no safety pin knot in driver side back tire and no hooks for chains that they drugged out of the woods worse experience ever where I actually bought the extra insurance because I didn't feel safe

Not my intended drop off location ( turns out closed the day I wanted to return). This location was close, I called, they said come on by it's ok to drop off here. Helpful, friendly, quick in and out. Busy local repair shop with a bit of a tight space, so be aware when pulling in.

The mobile pickup and drop off processes were HORRIBLE!! the website is too glitchy and kept throwing me backwards in the transaction. The pickup portion was long but the drop off portion was worse and had the most errors. I did not choose the mobile pickup, the location chose for me as they decided to take the day as a holiday. No bad remarks against them for deciding that. Make the mobile process work please!!

Overall, NOT impressed with Corporate U-Haul and their ability to manage their fleet of trailers. I was scheduled to return in Franklin NC to Elite Truck Accessories, but the owner called me and said he could not accept the trailer because he had no space. He recommended Nathan's Auto Body. I tried to turn the trailer in there, but they flatly refused to accept it and had no recommendations, but to call 800-GOUHAUL. I called but was on hold for more than 15minutes. In the meantime, I Googled another U-Haul dealer and drove there, while STILL on HOLD. Family Auto Care also told me they were full and had no space, but they graciously agreed to accept the trailer and that THEY would sort out the space issue. Big KUDOS to Kathy at Family Auto Care for her attitude and willingness to help. Elite was honest and slightly helpful with the situation. Nathan's Auto Body were just unhelpful jack-asses = turning in my trailer was MY problem, not theirs -- Really? In Franklin NC -- Family Auto Care is the place to go! Thanks Kathy!

Very nice and helpful receptionist! I reserved a 10' truck but somehow it got changed to a15'. She worked with me and changed it to a 10' by giving me one that that normally don't rent out. Good experience overall.

Incredibly Helpful. My house was at the end of a twisty dirt road a the top of a hill (this is the mountains people). Given the rain, the road was soft & the 26' truck could not back up the final part of the hill. I needed a small truck to load into & transport to the 26' truck. They did not have one. They found one and called back to let me know. The 26' truck was not large enough for all my stuff, so I needed an additional 10' truck. They had one, but it was already reserved. When whoever reserved it did not pick it up, they contacted me to let me know it was available. Great people!

Although my reservation was made for 3 days and I dropped off the truck a half day early, the location didn't log it in until the next morning, and then charged me $40 for an "extra day" (for which the rep at the pickup location had indicated would not be charged). The woman at the drop-off location even told me (in a rather snotty way) that "that's how it works, and I'm not U-Haul, so I can't change it. Sounded like a load of BS to me. I'll never use them again if I can help it.

We got charged $60 late fee because our drop off location( Elite Truck Accessories and Performance, LINE-X of Franklin NC ) was closed and not accepting drop offs. As a result we then had to call our original pickup location (90 min away) and get a new drop off. Even with this we dropped off the truck 15 min late because of our original drop off location being closed (we where at original location in time). This is really poor service on UHAULs end.

They have a fair amount of uhaul trailers and trucks, but the location is very tight and crowded because of the dual tire and uhaul nature of the location.
