This particular visit became a financial disaster and has cost me more than expected. I placed a reservation online letting them know equipment I needed where I was going and I returned said equipment to the same location I got it from once returned I assumed our business was complete. I found out later that I owed more for mileage that I thought had been already figured in to price not only that it caused my account to bounce because it was not handle in a proper and timely manner ( this I lay at both the location where I picked my equipment and U-Haul who waited an entire week to process the payment thus causing and my bank as well because I saw the payment which said pending on the day I picked up 12/17 then that line disappeared from my online banking view then showed back up on the following SaturdayMark H.

The personnel was too busy with other customers to check us in. He told us to call UHaul - an inconvenience since we were so busy with relocating - instead of taking care of us. He complained that he had too many trucks in his lot as it was. When I did call UHaul, the clerk at this location had not yet checked in my rental, so it took a few days to get everything straightened out. He did check it in for the day that we turned it in, though, so the amount we were charged was accurate.Karen W.

Returns not processed or updated on time. Returned equipment day before it was supposed to be returned but rental was still active 24 hours after the return date.Brenda C.
"Other" locations that also rent U-Haul equipment should have people dedicated only to working with customers renting or returning equipment. Food or convenience stores that also sell gas tend to be under staffed and unable to handle the needs of U-Haul customers either renting or returning equipment and as a result, the time spent waiting for someone to attend to the needs of a renter is needlessly longer than necessary.Richard M.

The attendant never checked me in ..he was rude and I had to call cause he didn't do his job. I have rented Uhaul for many years ....this is the worst truck and experience I have ever hadWINSLOW L.
