The gentleman who helped me is not fluent in English and his customer service skills are not the best. He also lacks experience. He overreacted when I told him how many miles I'd be driving and had to call someone for help in entering the number. A bit more training and more experience communicating in English would be helpful to the next customer.Angela M.

I wanted a appliance dolly and was given a regular dolly and was charged the appliance dolly price. The uhaul was dirty on the inside, I did not have anything with liquids or anything that was wet. It looked like someone had used it when it was raining. The sign on the inside said no smoking and there was a cigarette in the cup holder. The light on the dash said it needed a oil change. The uhaul I had was 1507 D or N. You could definitely tell that it probably needed the oil change, it was trying to shift gears or had a slow start once you stopped at a stop sign or stop light. I was moving on a budget and with limited help. I would have kept it longer but I ran out of money. Not sure if I will go back to this location when I need to rent one or not.Olivia C.

I was charged $80 for gas when I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as was in it when I picked it up. Customer service was useless and sent it to the regional manager, who told me I was wrong. I then emailed him pictures of the fuel gauge that I took when I got the truck and when I returned it to prove that I returned it with the same fuel amount. He then just ignored me and never emailed me back again. Horrible customer service and scammed out of 80 dollars. Will tell everyone I know to never use this terrible service.David S.
They have great hours so was able to collect from an actual person at 0600!!! That is great. The van had an a/c issue so it was a bit uncomfortable but the van ran well and did it's job. I was able to drop off at 11pm and still speak with someone. Perfect!!john S.

They charged me for 2 gallons of gas even though I filled up exactly where the line was when I got itâ€¦I have pictures if needed. I told them I would drop it off between 3-4 and I dropped it off at 4:03 and they charged me for another days, which I do t understand. Definitely would not recommend. When calling I received poor costumer support over the phone. The lady had no clue what she was doing and finally gave up helping me change my drop off location and then told me to just return it wherever I wanted. This ended up causing problems later.David H.
Dealer saw that I had the correct amount of gas upon return, all was fine, then after I left I was charged more than $28 because he claimed it was only half full. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of the gas gauge as we looked at it together and he said all was good. If you deal with them, take pictures of EVERYTHING.Elizabeth H.

They added safe move to my bill when my reservation had clearly shown that I didn't want it. I've called uhaul to adjust the bill through chat...never answered. I've called the number for customer service and it's always a 40-45 minute wait.Barbara C.

This site to pick up the truck was fine. The process to get a truck was horrible, just like the last time I used U-Haul. I am actually thinking of buying a truck since I have a trailer and just do things myself. Bad website, awful support, but always successful at wasting at least 4 hours of my day.Kenneth O.
We scheduled the van rental online to be picked up at 9:00 a.m. When we arrived, we were told that it could not be rented until 11:00 even though the van was parked at the location and the clerk was available (the same clerk who checked us in two hours later). This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company.Employee's were not knowledgeable or helpful. Could not answer my questions,or would not. Over charged me on gas. Uhaul states that a ten foot box truck gets 12 miles per gallon. I went 43 miles, put in $15.oo worth of gas @2.89 per gallon and when I received my receipt from uhaul they had charged me with an additional 8 gallons of gas. I had put in 5.19 gallons, they said they put in 8 gallons, so it took 13.19 gallons to go 43 miles. Dosent add up?? Thats 3.09 miles per gallon. Shame on me for not making First Choice Citgo verify the gas when I took the truck as well when I took it back. I would very much like to hear from uhaul, which I never expect to . Warning to others,make any one fill the vehicle in your presence and when you return it make them witness you filling it up, and verify to you that it is full. Also I do not like not being able to get a paper receipt when truck is returned. Never again will I rent from this company.William B.

24/7 pickup is a f***ing joke..... absolute waste of time if you need to reach out to customer support or deal with the web page at all. Better off waiting for the location to open and go in person then fool with the online mess.
