One tire was in low pressure and I had to inflate it twice in two days. I emailed and explained this but there was no response.

Kemesha H.My original booking was moved to a new location that was 25 kms away from the original booking, due to which I was given a new offer which I agreed to $50 for 24 hours and 150 kms in mileage to make up for the change of location. Once I reached the new location they couldn't complete my booking and I was stranded 25 kms away from my original pick up point with no u haul. I called uhaul they booked me at a location 3 kms further from the second location, where I was finally able to get the truck. It was a horrible experience and a massive waste of time and resources. I should not be billed the wrong way for a mistake made by your company and associates. Please call me to rectify the booking, I did not agree to this booking and offer originally.

Vladimir O.I booked a large dolly, and they didn't have it on site, I had to keep the domestic dolly. I booked for 4 hours late, and due to the delay of the store that released the truck 1 hour late, I had to use only 3 hours and they didn't give me any discount. poorly organized place and little attendant, not taking care of all customers.
Fernando G.I wont recommend because, in the contract which i signed it was written that fuel tank was full, but it was not (lucky for me that i reported and recorded that issue), and also i reported that i am going to have less than 60 miles , but at the end i paid rent 3 times more than what i was suppose to pay
Milan R.I booked the truck on December 27. There was no windshield washer fluid in the truck. There was no back up camera. Driver side door did not close properly. In the winter season, all these safety consents should be assessed before putting th truck into service for customers.

Tonya B.Gas mileage reading was incorrect from the start. The Staff doesnt check vehicles and does minimal help with reservation/returns. I never had to "return vehicle online" myself before. This place lacks customer service, wouldnt rent from here again

ALIREZA T.I had signed on incorrect mileage, incorrect gas reading, and had 3 extra obstacles in the back of the rental that was left behind previous movers (3 dollys). I brought this up to the store owner there and he said to call/message Uhaul about it. They will fix it from their end. This move happened a month ago and I was expecting some money back and just today (after 1 month of rental date) I got charged an additional $42.
HASAN A.Tell your customers you charge I'm miles not kilometres. Tell your agents it is unacceptable to shout at customers because they failed to import the information above. It is their job to ensure the customer is aware of anything to do with the rental in a clear manner. For the fee it seems you just hand over the keys. Not really impressed

RICHARD W.Rental went pretty smoothly. Location is a satellite location so rental desk is inside a grocery store. Staff at pick up and drop off were very nice and professional. Truck was clean and worked well. Gas level was not what was on the contract so make sure you check and take photos and make adjustments to contract before you leave. Also, I had requested blankets when I booked but were not provided. I wasn't charged for them but still disappointed. Lastly, all of the forms are online and done digitally so make sure you have a fully charged phone and email access so you can check contracts and forms.
Allan P.Firstly I have been at the location for 9:45am as I supposed to pickup the truck for 10am. The Uhaul representative that suppose to attend to me came in 10:20am and started the paperwork. She asked me if I want insurance coverage and I said NO. To my surprise when I returned the truck and get my bill and i discovered that I was charged $15 for insurance. This particular location is ridoff and I will never go back there because of the bitter experience I had with them
ezekiel G.I have an android phone and when I took my selfie during the check in process, the website wouldn't register that I took a photo. Luckily I came with someone who had a iPhone and completed it on their phone. But it's concerning that if I came alone, it wouldn't work.
Andrew H.I really hate using the app to return the truck. I was in a hurry but small user interface or phone Operating System compability issues made it really stressful to return, ended up needing to use the app on another person's phone. Took much longer than needed. The customer service was nice and friendly, but needing to return the truck before my booking time made for a poor experience. The truck was clean but had a few pamphlets and random materials left behind in both cargo and passenger seat.

Niccoli R.-Workers were not wearing masks!! -This was supposed to be contactless and was not - I still had to go into the store and they had to touch my phone to guide me through the check-in/check out process. They ended up having to put a code in my phone to finalize payment because I never received the email to complete it myself. -The location was difficult to find, poor signage. -Overall not impressed with this process that could have been much more simple and not required me to go into a store with numerous people not wearing a mask. As a healthcare worker during this time I am not happy!

CHRISTOPHERHO MA L.Picking up was a hassle. I thought I would get the key on the time I've booked it. I did it through mobile but to get the actual key, I need to get the a Uhaul representative to give it. I had to wait 20 minutes. When the rep finally got to the store, there was an issue with the booking and that it need to be run again. Aside from that, it went well and returning was quicker. Please improve the pick up process.

Pono M.Customer service is the worst. They didn't clarify the problems and shot down customer's claim. They tried to OVERCHARGE YOUR BILL(Double) and got away with it. Management is barely to contact to and non-professional responses to customers. This is the first and worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I do not recommend this. Never again.
Tkhai D.Truck was not ready to release took almost 40 min. Before I drove away as I precooked and don't understand why. Truck was not full of gas which was ok for me. I did replace the gas I used but was charged an extra $19 for re fueling.
Joe A.Stop forcing customers to pit their entire life digitally on your website to rent. Stop forcing people to use a smart phone as only means of purchase. Stop making the customer do all of the work while you run a shit website with shit subcontractors and just collect money. I suspect you assnobs are going to try and charge me extra for fuel as the vehicle was rented with 7/8 tank and hence returned same way. Better just piss off in advance of all your bullshit
Neil W.Get rid of this system when returning the vehicle. A physical check by the vendor, mileage check, gas check, pay the vendor...Wham bam you're done. I wsn't able to get to a computer before my time expired !! Now I have to get in touch with you to get my bill !!! Useless system. GO BACK TO PAPER. !!!
