Booked October 2 for October 31 10am a small truck. Got confirmation on October 5 that will be getting a bigger truck and at a different location (further away). On October 30 at 2pm got a call that no trucks are available. I had movers booked for the next day at 11am. Uhaul doing me a 26ft truck for 9am. It is a very large truck but the overall service is ridiculous! 9am we got to the location only to get our truck at 10am because the lady was busy doing something else.

Lady at pick up location was very polite and friendly.very easy to work with. I was late for my appointment but she was waiting for almost an hour.

This is an unstaffed location, you need to call the phone number on the door for someone to come after you arrive. But no one answered my call when I arrived on time for my reservation. I was on the phone with u-haul to claim my $50 reservation guarantee when an employee finally did arrive.

Speed up check in time and make sure trailer is ready. We had to stop because of low tire pressure.

All went well. The only hiccup was that the service rep I spoke to did not note the fact our rental was a one-way trip, so we were charged for a “wrong return destination” fee. Ultimately UHaul customer support gave us a refund but this was a bit annoying, particularly considering we had a 26' foot truck rented on a one way trip as well.

There was nobody around when I dropped off the trailer. Despite there being several buildings nearby, nobody came out to greet me. Then I had problems using the app for the return process (second time in as many rentals). When I called UHaul, the support person suggested I check my privacy settings for the app to ensure all features were allowed; they were! No root cause identified.

Showed up there took then forever to get the contract going as they use a tablet and bad reception. After I returned it I was charge and extra 20$ on top of the 20$ for the trailer as I returned it after hours and there is a conveince fee for that? Was not informed at the time of pickup. Poor customer service as well , lady that worked there is very rude and when I called to clear up why I had been charge she simple said ill check it when I get around to it. Not happy with the pickup location either is in the middle of a farm , no lights on the road feels very sketchy returning equipment there with no one around. Would not recommend!

Dropping off a trailer with no one around always feels a little dubious. Locations should have someone present if they advertise hours as such.

The chains were a bit too long. When connected to my hitch it was fine. When I loaded a car however the chains dropped lower. Too low for the OPP in Toronto who stopped me and asked that I fix it. Not a big problem: no warnings or tickets, but it did upset me getting the flashing blue lights in my rear view. The lady that served me really helped connecting the trailer. This is the 3rd time I rented this type of trailer but she was the only one to actually show me how to connect it safely. So that was much appreciated.

I was sent out to this location as a third option when 2 sites failed to honor the reservation. After being sent here, no personnel were on site. I was asked to wait in the parking lot for over 1 hour to enable pickup.

Needs better signage, and phone instructions. It's a new site, so I'm sure issues like this will be addressed in the future. What I really liked is that I only ordered the truck about an hour before I needed it and it was close to where I live and where I needed to go.

Needs better stock of equipment. I ordered 2 dollies and 2 furniture 4 wheeled dollies and only received 2 dollies. I was kit charged but I really needed those 4 wheeled dollies. Not too happy.

This location was a breeze, there was no person. AGAIN the app didn't find our location. What the hell is wrong with your app? If you weren't the only option for one-way trucks I would have gone somewhere else.

Truck wasn't ready at reserved time. When I paid online there was an additional amount which had not yet been charged requiring me to pay again at the store upon picking up the key.
