I'm being charged for a extra day when did not use it for a extra day. I didn't even have the truck form24 hours. When I returned the vehicle there wasn't anyone there so I dropped the keys in the drop box. Also, I didn't receive any of the moving equipment that I asked for. Then the 100 miles over the 30 miles I signed up for is very debatable. I only took the truck a couple of towns over from where I picked it up.CHRISTOPHER D.

I rented the truck at 5 for a couple of hours. The operator told be just bring it back by 9. I said I'll be back in a couple hours. He never made any indication that I would be charged $20 to return the truck that evening. I was shocked to be charged $20 after hours fee when I only had the truck for a couple of hours, not the full day rental I paid for. I then got charged $25 to fold 2 moving blankets. I feel like that was a $45 rip off of my money. I've just moved to a temporary location then will be doing another major move in December. I've also rented 3 U-Hauls in the past couple months. I'd like the $45 returned to me. If not I'll stop doing business with u-haul. When told of my dissatisfaction I was told â€œ I don't care it is what it is.DORIAN D.

Don't back the truck into the trees. I couldn't see the rear of the truck and the back was left open. By the way, you should be sending a review request for the whole rental process, not just the pickup and drop-off locations. The process was terrible.Joseph T.
Horrible customer service and customer care. The representative fraudulently told me he had changed my reservation to allow drop off at any location, and then Uhaul charged me almost $280 when I dropped off the truck. When I made a claim to remove the charge, I got a horribly worded generic email saying my claim was rejected, all without any â€œinvestigationâ€ from the â€œmanagerâ€, Joe Garrow. I will never be using uhaul again and wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone elseColton B.
The person that took the call was too unpleasant. I realize she handles many calls but she should not be working there if she has to talk to customers in such manner. Rich from the branch was not good either. Told me to call the toll free number when he could have taken my order, but told me he was too busy. Took me almost an hour to get the call thru. U-hual cooperation is heavily into extortion. I paid for my truck at my pick up/ drop off location. Then the Uhaul cooperation charged my credit card. So I paid double. I am contacting the attorney general and I am planning a lawsuit. Uhaul sucks!!!!!!Richard S.

Renting from Uhaul was a terrible customer service experience. Terrible service at store where rented, uhaul.com website is useless, and 800-go-uhaul corporate customer service phone line had me on hold forever and untimately did not help me. Miscommunication on when truck had to be returned, spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to address issues, overcharged by $111. Had to dispute charge with credit card company because did not receive credit. Would have been easier and less stressful to not rent from Uhaul and carry the furniture on my back! I would give them a grade of "F", but that would be underestimating how bad their service was, not just at the store but at Uhaul corporate as well..Ronald V.

there was no one there to assist in the rental process. 4 trucks were there and I was the last one to be checked in. The other renters waited 45 minutes on the phone to be assisted in the rental. According to one of the renters, my dolly was abducted by one of the other renters so I had to have the charge removed from my bill. There was too much to do over the phone.April I.

Your locations are fine and the people were very nice. Your automated check-in via smart phone is an abomination. Too confusing, too many specific options and references to have in an automated process, no way to correct anything. Put people back to work and make it a person-to-person system where you talk to people and/or deal with U-Haul reps face to face.Dan H.
