I thought the rental was overpriced. I put 7 miles on the truck and used it for 3 hrs. Internet quote was $44 the final price was $60. Definitely not worth the money, I will look into other alternatives if I need to move large items again.Jason C.

Be sure to take a photo of the number of the truck (on the dashboard and on the back of the truck) before you drive away, or drop it off. Will help clarify things if and when you get charged multiple times for other people's rentals.Linda S.

The location and the employees here were fantastic to work with. However, I am still trying to resolve a billing dispute with UHaul. I believe a new employee (he indicated it was his first day) did not code my payment appropriately, and marked it as promissary - however, my card was charged fully. UHaul is not responding to my dispute - only sending collections out.Kendra D.

I was told twice by two different people who work at the property that I would not be charged for two days because I brought back my rental before 24 hours and was also asked if it would be back in 24 hours so that another customer could rent the truck I had. I was then charged an additional day after everything because my time was put in after 24 hours.Sotera D.

The man was extremely rude, expected me to back up the Uhaul and trailer into a parking spot while I have no experience doing that. He wasn't friendly at all, and made me feel unsafe upon my arrival. Left immediately instead of checking my equipment out.Autumn G.

I had to park the trailer in a mud field and almost got my truck stuck. I had to put it in 4 wheel drive to park the trailer as requested. I then had to go and wash my truck to get the mud off. And then, I was charged a cleaning fee because the blankets weren't folded. I did not want to go into the trailer to fold the blankets because it was very muddy and I would have tracked mud into the trailer. Very disappointed that I was charged a cleaning fee because 15 blankets weren't folded.David L.

The slight of hand that is going on with the fuel gage game. Where one person says 5/8 of a tank has to be to the 3/4 line to in order to NOT be charged a fuel charge is not truthful with the customers. Knowing that the truck was returned with more fuel in it than when it was delivered leads one to wonder if a little siphoning of fuel or money is taking hand. Knowing that a couple of dollars will drive business away has to make one proud. Thank Youtom R.

The man seemed very annoyed that he had to help customers. Walked in and told us to just go put it by the other trailers and unhook it. Another customer walked in right behind me to rent a trailer and he seemed annoyed and then while walking out another customer was pulling in also. And his comment he made very crankily while walking out towards the lot was "i probably won't get out of here til late afternoon now". Not really a welcoming place.Julie T.

The truck was old and in poor mechanical condition, with ripped wiper blades (the metal was impacting the windshield which made a screeching sound in use), the right front shock was shot which made the whole truck shake on every bump. The key did not fit in the ignition correctly making it very difficult to remove. We were jacked around by U-haul the company the morning of pickup so the company will get some serious complaints. Teach the employees how to wear masks, he was using it as a chin warmer.Thomas F.

Everything was excellent! The mobile reservation was so easy to set up and when we arrived to pick up the vehicle the online process was fantastic! The pick up and drop off online were simple easy to follow/understand directions on what to do. I highly recommend!!Kira G.
