The truck was not clean and was extremely loud when starting. So loud that it was obvious it needed to be serviced. We did not remove the truck from the lot. Called Uhaul customer service to assist. After hearing how loud the truck was over the phone, they agreed it needed to be serviced and transferred my reservation to another locationLarry C.
