Very small lot to return equipment. Had 26' truck with auto transport. Not enough room to maneuver and back up truck and auto transport. Seems location unable to handle all equipment. Location did not do any return paperwork and did not return cash deposit of $100 dollars, left it to U HAUL headquarters.Ned W.

We paid ahead online, and when we showed up to pick up the trailer we were charged an additional $100, above what was quoted online and that we had already paid. This was more than we were expecting to pay, and we choose what vehicle and when and where to drop off based on the quoted price. To show up and be charged an additional $100 was very disheartening, but because this was added at the last minute there wasn't time for us to choose another option or do anything about it. It seemed very sneaky. I will not recommend Uhaul to any friends or family, and will not use them in the future.Thomas M.

Confusing drop off procedure; where to park not clearly marked. And Uhaul charged me for an extra day because I used the app to return the car, which required pics, which resulted in me submitting the return at 7:01 (instead of 7:00). Also, the tires were bald and we drove through a snowstorm; it felt as if the truck was trying to drive off the road. Finally, the minimum rental days policy is stupid. There is no scenario in which I would take more than 2 days to drive from St. Louis to Denver. Requiring a 5-day rental is clearly a money grab. I kept the car just to be sure that Uhaul wouldn't be able to rent it out on the days it was charging me. And the environmental fee is BS. I looked into it, and Uhaul uses the money to retrofit its fleet, which clearly is in Uhaul's own interest. Just roll it into the rest of the fee, WTF.Sam J.

Don't make it so hard to find, and don't leave the trucks at 1/4 tank so that you are pressured to fill it up with their expensive gas.Hal S.
