Terrible, started with empty gas tank, less than stated, then over billed me for gas that was “missing” when it was there, documented by a picture thinking customers would be careless and not check receipts. Avoid

Everything was great after the nite befores experience. I was to pickup key to rental @ lockbox on site BUT(this is were definitely needs improvement) you had to go online to email to retrieve code after doing questionnaire which entitled selfie- lighting on site was -nobe what so ever; someone besides yourself to confirm who you are- 2bd thing needing adjustment: my driver/friend, filled out this portion name, phone # etc & when we submitted the questionnaire it got denied because my selfie picture was dark and couldn't see it (no lighting), next was that the person that was to acknowledge who I was wasn't reachable? - they NEVER called nor texted him and he was with me entire time & last was because we took to long to respond to the chat operator; that there is. No where close to the situation...after waiting over 8 mins to get response from the chat operator they were only giving me/us less than 3 mins to get all the information they wanted? When it literally wasn't even 3 mins and they didn't even solve the issue because transferred me to live operator which in turn hung up on us when we had questions about the app AND took them 2-1/2 to 3 days to get someone to contact me for a rental when I had already contacted this location in Santa Fe Springs, CA to reserve a 26'ft truck for me and they gentlemen there were awesome, polite, helpful and professional all the way to the end. Went out of their way to take care of me and touched basis with me to ensure & check if I needed anything else to extending my rental for another 2 days. Yes!! This is how to handle business and definitely keep a customer. I would definitely refer others to do business with this location and I would definitely come back to us then again. Your online chat assistance guide thingy ; RHAT is the problem , most definitely needs to be adjusted to giving the customer/ consumer more time to answer the questions you are giving us to respond back to. When we don't answer in the time they want weather we are still literally typing the responses, gathering documents, etc your end is assuming that we aren't responding back or whatever and therefore ends the chat conversation! So leaves us still needing hello and having to start the process all over again. I personally had to do it 4 times! To where I ended up emailing customer service and was to receive a response within 24 hours, I didn't until 72 hours!! 3 days later! And even when I had already reserved one they still kept scheduling an operator to contact me and reserve a truck for me! So clearly something is missing to were it's not being seen that there was something already being done for me s kept interfering with my already rental in process. Thank u fellas!! Nothing from the location. The app was a bit glitchy when I was trying to check out. It kept resetting my pictures and I had to retake them all multiple times
