I chose the option to pick up at the business counter at 8am. The place was closed and nobody answered or returned my call. The truck had a quarter tank of gas in it when i got in. My trip was a total of 12 miles and i was charged $30 for gas. I ordered 12 furniture blankets and a furniture dolly, they were not in there. I was told to pick up the blankets and dolly at different location, they didn't have a dolly. The customer service lady told me I would receive a discount for my troubles, never received it. For a 12 mile round trip, a $7 dolly i never received, plus running halfway across hot springs in my own truck to pick up blankets, I was charged $181. I feel robbed.

Lee KNo one at location. No instructions given to simply drop key in drop box that was not obvious as a U-Haul key return box (box is located next to the door of the brown barn). Had to call company to get a person to explain the process and where the box was. Better signage for when no one is present on site would be a big help. The site itself was clean, easy to find, and I had no other issues regarding this location.
Keith MFor a person with out a cell phone the return process was almost imposable. The vehicle was received with 3/8 tank of fuel . Was returned with same amount and charged 5gal for 21.38. There was no person to check in so had too call son too take pictures to justify the condition, milage,etc of a vehicle that was received with the check engine light on. Paul KOn the day we were to return the trailer we were not sure if we would make it by closing time. I spoke with a lady who called from there inquiring about the return. I told her it may be late or the next day. She said she could send a link for us to do the return whether they were closed or not. But when we arrived to return it they were closed with a locked gate no way to return it physically. So we had to wait until the following afternoon resulting in another fee and a 2nd 20min trip to this location.
