Please double check items the customer rented are in the truck. I rented furniture pads but there weren't any in the truck. I didn't have time to return in the morning. Also had trouble with the Truck 24/7 app.

The place was closed, so we did not interact with anyone. The key drop was conveniently located and easy to deal with.

Steven B.UHaul should offer variable rates according to pickup and drop off locations. The trailer I rented was likely more in demand at my drop off location than pickup. A spare tire for the trailer would have been reassuring - had there been a flat, putting a new tire on the rim would have likely required more time for service to take to a shop.

Nicholas S.They advertise as 24 hour return, which is basically same as after hour. There is no designated lot. Just a bunch of uhaul trucks, where you realize you also have to leave yours. But the after hour sign off worked well for me this time.

Richard K.The option to confirm pickup/drop off over the website/app is horrible. It took over an hour to confirm pickup & get the truck and that was after talking to customer service for 1/2 hr & then being transferred to someone else after being on hold. Please be aware that you have to take picture of everything to pickup & drop off. I took so many pictures because the website would not accept the pictures & kept taking be back to the previous step. Next time we will make sure there is someone in person to complete both steps.
