The glass windshield had a big crack when we received it. Seems very unsafe honestly. If too much pressure from driving it'll shatter I am sure. That needs replaced. The breaks were awful. Had to stomp on them to break. And the steering wheel / tires weren't aligned at all. The uhaul we had wasn't great.Courtinee M.

Same experience. Nobody there to handle Business, signs say close at noon, at 11:45 the guy next door says he might be at lunch, so I left and rented elsewhere. Only returned here Because it's close to home. Worst uhaul Experience ever!Kassie F.

The only problem I had returning the trailer was. I was sent to the wrong address. After finding the location they done a great job returning the trailer.david S.
We returned the truck clean and was charged for cleaning. We removed any and all trash if any and swept the truck out. We were told if truck was clean we would not be charged for cleaning. Sad!!Robin H.

The online process to get the lock box key was not working so we called Uhaul and spent 30 minutes trying to get more information. We spoke to a representative who did not understand what we were trying to accomplish. Toward the end of the call (after 25 minutes of being put on hold and speaking with him), he asked â€œSo what do you need help with again?â€ The whole process was long and cumbersome. By the time we got the lock box code, we were 40 minutes into the 6 hours we were allowed to use the truck. We will not being using Uhaul again unless the issues are resolved.Whitney H.

My husband picked up the truck and neither he nor employees checked the milage, he lied and told my husband that I had booked it with the additional Insurance. Canceled my reservatation so he could start a new one with the insurance. My husband paid, we kept it for an extra day. Go to take ot back and had to have a long discussion with the employee, who was excellent. Map quested our house it was maybe .5 miles from U-Haul our new house was aprox .5 miles from our old house. Check in and the milage said we went 60 miles. Luckily the nice man remembered the truck had gone for repair the day we picked it up and realized the milage had not been updated. We were lucky that man was there because he corrected our miles and charged us appropriately. So we pay get or receipt and go home. I look at the receipt and the man who rented the truck PRE CHARGED us for 20 miles. So we ended up paying for 20 in advance plus what we calculated the extra mileage was. So the older man ripped us off but the other gentlemen actually looked into the situation and fixed most of the problem. We still ended up paying for 20 extra miles but I was just glad it wasn't 60 so I am leaving it alone.david F.

When I showed up it took 15 minutes to even find someone. Then it turns out the trailer I rented (6x12 utility) wasn't there. So I had to rent the 6x12 box trailer. Finally got out of there an hour after the time I requested. Now this morning I received the bill for a 2 day rental. I rented Saturday and returned Sunday. Very displeased with how this is managed. Somehow there is always a last minute change every time I rent from uhaul. It's very annoying.Nick C.

Have the office area a little more presentable for customers. The computer keyboard, printer, fax machine and other office equipment looked like they had never been dusted. or cleaned.Ronald K.
I had to return the truck back to that location when I thought I could drop it off in Chillicothe but I had to return it there and he charged me for the extra mileage!!!And that's not what I thought you had to domark W.
The location I picked up at was great. All 3 locations I dealt with were. The problem lies with the corporate office booking my pick-up for 30 miles from where I said I wanted to pick up, they then told me to pick up at the location I wanted. I was never informed that the truck was at another location that was 30 miles out of my way. Worst move everKristie B.
