We had an appointment at 8:30 am. When we arrived, there was a guy there but he was unable to assist us with getting the truck. He gave us a number to call but no one answered. We had to call 30 times before he answered. This is not an exaggeration. I find that very unprofessional. We had movers scheduled based on the pick up time for the truck so this pushed us behind. We finally got the truck about an hour later.Shannon A.
The staff worked hard and worked with Joe on getting it reserved however it wasn't clean and I had to wait on that and to get the proper dolly, furniture dolly; the drivers side mirror was loose causing difficulties in driving. Don't blame local help as he was very nice, cleaned out the front and back and did the best he could.Bill H.

The location is just a makeshift area without a road and with pooling water. Needs to be clean and well maintained. Trailer lights did not work.Arrvind R.
Truck was dirty and the employee did not sanitized the truck prior to me renting it. Halfway through my journey I was over taken by ants crawling on my leg. Uhaul did not take responsibilitiy for the condition of the truck and insinuated that it was my fault even though I provided videos and pictures of the trucks conditions. I will tell everyone that UHAUL put me at risk for COVID 19 By failing to properly clean and sanitize the truck.Cory Y.

The staff was nice but, the truck leaked and water bamage 2 boxes, ruined a book and everything that went in dry came out wet or damp. I put 22.00 worth ogas in the truck on return because the gauge was not reading correctly. So it can back with more that I started with...When transferred to the location UHaul failed to mention this did not open until 9am. There all kinds of out of date neighborhood news papers and trash under the seat we removed. I brought it back clean. Thank you, LMlisa M.

The gentleman at the UHaul was very helpful and professional. He patiently showed me how to hitch and unhitch it. The trailer was parked on a swampy grass lot. The trailer itself was a disgrace. The outside paint was peeling with multiple dents and scratches. There was rust everywhere especially at the hitching levers, hard to operate. The inside top and the door were dirty. When trying to close the door after loading, the door got stuck and it took 2 people with considerable effort to close. Was this trailer built when Jimmy Carter was president, since the 55 mile speed limit was still painted on?Volker E.

Bad service from Uhaul overall. People don't know how to operate locations and neither does the call in line. I was terribly inconvenienced just to get a truck and appliance dolly.leonard M.
