The tongue on those trailers are heavy. It would be nice if there was some help when hooking up the trailer yourself. No help was provided.

Great experience with the people at Jerry's. I was later than expected picking up my truck and they called to be sure I was going to pick it up before they closed at 5pm. The store is clean, the people are great.

Uhaul needs to have more M/C trailers available, I never can find any within 100 miles when needed, need to keep them for local use only

The staff was helpful. That the appliance dolly I reserved was not available was most disappointing. A pawn shop is not the best location to pick up a rental, but Jerry’s Shootin’ Irons gun and pawn shop was most convenient for me.

I reserved a van this morning for pickup within the hour and requested a mobile check-in. The website prompted me to call a sales rep. The sales rep called to advise that the location would need 10-15 minutes to get the keys in the van. I arrived at the pickup 30 minutes later but the clerk was arriving when I did. I told her I just need the key and would use the smart phone check-in/return. She insisted that she had to have my drivers license and credit card. She would NOT give me the keys and allow me to use the text apps. I even stated, "Just to clarify; this location doesn't allow 24/7 checkin". She said, "We do. And if I had time to get the keys in the van, we would've just emailed your receipt" SO....why couldn't she just hand me the keys (as though they were in the van) and allow me to use (what would've been) convenient smart phone process. Also, I reserved the van and elected to use my own insurance. The quote on my email even stated that I was responsible for any damage. When I returned the van, I noticed that she had charged me the additional $10 for coverage. I asked her to correct it since the I refused that coverage. She said, "No, it's required when you rent a van" What? The van is probably one of the least expensive vehicles available...but I was too frustrated to continue to argue. I only rented the van to pick up large boxes from the local Lowe's. I literally used the van for 35 minutes and under 20 miles. I would NOT have rented this if I'd know the expense. I even called the Sales Rep back to complain (228-233-6423). He said, "Let me see what I can do and Ill call you back". I haven't heard from him. I've used UHaul quite a bit in the past year but I will never return to this location. Horrible customer service!

Could provide more of a customer service by showing how or ensure the trailer hook-up was correct and explaining things about the trailer Etc... Personal Touch value your customers for repeat business....
