I was told I had to put a 60 dollar deposit down and it would be returned in cash upon drop off. The drop-off location doesn't handle cash and I still haven't been paid my 60 dollars. Person said over the phone they were returning it to my card but it hasn't gone on there. Why did the pickup location say I would be paid in cash at drop-off when that's not happened. Help customers properly connect trailers to their vehicles. An employee helped me hook up the trailer to my SUV but when I got home and reviewed the instructions on the inside of the trailer there were multiple errors made in the initial hook up at the pick up location.NELSON C.

The truck was provided was a 1/4 tank less of gas then stated on form (have photos for proof) and by the time I got to my first stop (2 miles away) the oil light came on. We had to put 4 quarts of oil in the truck. Folks running the store/uhaul rental were very personable and professional.Colleen W.

I requested a u haul at any of the Gulfport locations and was informed my pick up was in ocean springs which was 45 minutes away.Valerie F.

When I made the reservations for a truck (which was 2 weeks before it was needed) I reserved a 26' truck. When arriving to pick up the truck only a smaller truck was available. We made it work, but since I had made the reservation 2 weeks ahead I should have been able to have what I reserved.Janice P.

The transmission was not shifting till 4500 to 5000 rpms that cost me way more money in gas than necessary. The doors creaked really really loud because someone didn't care to oil them before renting the truck out again. Also when the truck was going 60 mph or more there was a loud annoying rattle in the dash. This truck was not maintained and I had to put up with it for 1400 miles and three days. It's ridiculous and unprofessional.ADRIANE W.
