I was told I had the van for 24 hours. He said he needed an estimated return time just to put in the system. I returned after that time and got charged for another day. Ridiculous.

The lock box for the keypad was very difficult. It was placed high and was an issue to see. After multiple times we finally got the box opened but the key was jammed inside.

Look, there is no comment box for "the system is screwing customers". My one-way rental barely had enough miles to go from the pickup location to the destination location. Then, my pickup location was moved further away from my actual starting point (home) so I was charged for extra mileage which was not included in the original price. The original price should allow my to estimate my total mileage needed, and should provide a price for that, rather than upcharging me afterwards for "mileage overage" when I did not see an option to change it when renting AND U-Haul moved my pickup location further away from my home, leading to excess mileage.

It was kind of difficult to open the lock box (combination lock) may be it is worn out it wasn't easy to unlock we struggled a bit. Oh I didn't get my final invoice receipt
