I completely messed up my online reservation and discovered that when i went in to get a trailer. No problem, John found my reservation in his system, changed it, and I was out the lot in 10 minutes. The trailer itself pulled very well, and despite rain on my journey, nothing got wet. This is teh second time I've renter here and will do so again.FRANCIS V.

Again with the drop off location, terrible. First of all this was NOT my drop off location. I went to my CORRECT drop off location and was told they couldn't find me in their system. (drop off location in my email) After 10-15 minutes with yet again another very unhelpful rep with poor customer service she called someone who told her to inform me I needed to go to this new location. When I asked why I was informed, â€œidk I guess they need the truck more than we doâ€. BEYOND FRUSTRATING. I suck it up and drive it to the new location and the rep that was there was also dismissive and rude. He barely looked up at me when I came in or when I was actually speaking to him and was visibly frustrated I wanted a receipt. Never again. He was also not wearing a mask in a county that mandates in as well as (to my knowledge) mandates by UHaul, so that should also be looked into.Brittany N.

It took me two hours to get in the keybox and i was on the phone for that long tryint to talk ro someone to help me get into the box. The location seemed really rundown and actually took out a portion of the bottom of my car from all the pot holes. I will never recommend this location or uhaul to anyone. Moving is stressful enough and going through what i went through with this location and uhaul i am not satisfied at all.ELISE G.

Run down location with inoperable cars everywhere. Your website listed this location as a 24 hour drop off. I interpreted that to mean someone would be there to unhook the trailer (because I am physically unable to). Another customer was there trying to return a box truck at the same time. Operator lives on site. Other customer knocked on door and operator turned lights off. Please change or better describe this location. Operator could be friendlier and his location could surely be cleaner also.Kevin A.

I drive a Honda Civic 2020. I almost got stuck when I pulled in they have down hill all gravel lot. When I entered the office and said good morning this is one off the worst lots I seen. The service at Johns was excellent. The UHaul computer system and the process to rent is outdated and not customer friendly. I can't imagine a company as big as UHaul is using technology from the 1980's. It makes me wonder how well they treat there trucks and equipment.JOSHUA R.

The owner yelled at my wife when she came to rent the trailer. I made reservations at the U-Haul located at 44 and Kingshighway and they advised I could pick up the trailer anytime after three. Owner stated we were supposed to pick it up at 10 and yelled at my wife and stated we were lucky because he almost gave it away to another customer. Owner needs to work on customer service skills.tina S.

System was down across all uhaul stores. Your app sucks and scanning bar codes for drop off doesn't work. The whole check in/checkout online system sucks. The CEO of uhaul has had enough time to fix this, he should relieve himself of duty as the head of the company.Eric F.

The representative experienced some glitches with the U-Haul software which slowed things a little, but he had everything in the truck ready to go.Andrew R.
I had no problems with this location. However, in an email from UHaul I was directed to a dealer on Tuesday at 10am that does not provide trailers. I have now heard from 3 different pick-up sites that this is common problem with UHaul. It was a wasted day for me. Luckily, the dealer I ended up with let mew pickup the next day.David B.

There were numerous problems with your system; I tried to reserve the truck online and continually received error messages so I called. He told me that he did receive it but I never received a confirmation. The scanner would not read my credit card so he had to manually enter it. When I returned the truck I tried to return it online and it would not go anywhere, never asked for me to take any pictures, I got through two screens and it would take me back to the main screen. Very frustrating my the attendant and the customers!!!Cindy J.
