This location doesn't open until 10 on Saturday. This does not serve the customer at all and I had to do a self checkout. Uhaul decided to do maintenance on there web site during the busiest day of the week. As a result, I had to drive to another uhaul dealer to help me. Not a good experience at all.Todd S.

After reading many great reviews, I tried this location out. Unfortunately, not only was the attendant not wearing a mask, but he was unable to assist me in the pick up procedures. It was about 10 degrees out. The lock was frozen closed and the app wasn't working properly, which caused me to have to call U-Haul and get on the phone with a representative. It was a very long pick up procedure. The phone number that the app was dialing, I'm assuming this location, the phone just kept ringing, with no answer. Thankfully U-Haul did reach out to offer their apologies etc. that was very much appreciated. The other customer service associates from U-Haul were nice and helpful. I would use U-Haul again, but I won't be picking up a truck from this location again.Katharine R.

The clerk at the store was not wearing a mask while processing the rental. They were behind a glass divider. The clerk was still not wearing a mask while mopping the store when I returned the vehicle. It made me very uncomfortable.Matthew G.

The vehicle's right front wheel bearing failed at 40mph. The tire blew and almost killed me. The failure to properly maintain vehicles is a major problem and I would absolutely not recommend UHaul to anyone.Nik A.

Second time I rented from this location. I had reserved no contact pick up, but after all online check-in I had to go and do the gas station and be handed in key. Additionally, key would not fit in a Dropbox. Waited 30 minutes on hold to never reach one of the U-Haul at 9:15 at night. Managed to force the key into the dropbox.Jason A S.
Showed up a few minutes before 7am pick up, did the mobile app and no key pad was to be found on the truck. Called customer was on hold for quite a bit, ended up being told to go inside to speak to a women who runs the uhaul. She was actualyl very helpful and apologetic since she had our keys. It was about 40 minutes after 7am that we ended up getting into our truck to leave the lot. Dropped the truck off to another facility a few minutes after 7am and was charged an additional day. Contacted customer service whom then stated to contact Ks fuel stop in regards to a refund , the gentleman who answered was EXTREMEYL RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Do not recommend this facility at all !! This guy should find a new job if customer service is not his specialty.Derian S.

When you bump a person to another location- without a choice oh which location- thats awful you added 30 extra miles and gas to my trip not to mention an extra half hour commute on both sides. The last two rentals I have had have been awful. Really disappointed with your service. Contacting someone and giving them a choice of different locations instead of bumping them automatically. That sucked. I run a member experienceteam for a company. We spent the day discussing UHAULS shortcomings from a service aspect as training for our team.James D.

The on-line check-in and pickup process worked smoothly, but it seemed needlessly complex and time-consuming, and required me to repeat some steps (driver license photo and scan, verify return location and arrangements, etc.) that I had already completed at home before arriving to pick up the vehicle. I understand how difficult business is to conduct in the current environment, but everyone at the pickup location seemed frustrated with various steps of the process.DON P.
When I arrived at the location, there was an issue on the app with my reservation and it said to call a phone number. Nobody answered. I went into the station, and the attendant just shrugged his shoulders when I asked who could help. He said to call the phone number. I called, and it was the number of the station. He said the attendant who manages uhaul did not come into work and wasn't arriving until noon. My reservation was at 10:30. He said he didn't know what to tell me. I asked for the guy's number, and he said he couldn't provide it to me. I asked him to call the guy himself, and he said no. I spent over 20 minutes on hold on the 1-800 phone number for uhaul. They called the station to ask the attendant to assist me, and the attendant did not come out. They called again, and the attendant still did not come out. Finally, an hour and ten minutes later, the attendant came out to assist me. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with moving and I will never recommend this location. In fact, I'll advise people to avoid this location at all costs. I would like a full refund.Angelica G.

The process at the beginning was long and more involved then I think it needed to be. Why did I need my passport to rent a pickup truck for half the day? The inside of the vehicle was dirty with what looked like ash all over the dashboard.Matthew J.
