Was not happy with my experience with my rental truck. 12 volt plug in did not work and caused problem with not being able to use GPS and phone charger.sent out of my way for trip so used more mileage then allowed and charged extra milage.nof satisfied.attendent did not Walk thru the return and, made me take a picture of milage and gas gauge so he didn't have to do the Walk out to the truck to inspect and check it out.James M.

Trying to guess at the end of the rental period how much fuel to put in to bring it to half a tank is a bit of a hassle. Too little and I go back to the pump. Too much and find I have paid for the next user! Not a bad thing to 'pay forward,' but there needs to be more consistent way to cover the cost of the fuel used.Wayne R.

This experience with UHaul started out a nightmare. I made reservations, then the Bridgton, ME UHaul location suddenly closed and I was to pick up the truck early, then return it to another Uhaul location paying higher mileage fees. Then when I went to make another reservation, the mileage cost increased. Unfortunately, I'm not physically up to par, so I had to hire, schedule and reschedule a team to fill and empty the truck - with the UHaul issue ever changing and getting more expensive by the minute. Finally, I avoided the central reservation telephone number, called Keezar Falls Hardware directly, they immediately took my reservation and had what I needed on the lot. No worries - I was all set. When something went wrong with the computer at pick up time, as happens with computers, a bright energetic young lady came all the way back to the store to make sure I got my truck, after hours, on her own time. Those folks were going to make sure I was set. The truck was clean, worked fine, and after all the hassles, Keezar Falls Hardware took care of me. Thumbs up and 5 star rating for service.Alison C.

I rented dolly and furniture pads got to destination to realize they weren't in the truck. Associate called to say wasn't sure if she put them in when I was almost at my destination. I had to go to two different locations after to get dolly and pads. It took forever for there printer to work so I could even sign to get the truck.LINDA B.

the people and locations are fine, the equipment is fine, however Uhauls computer reservation system is god awful, it sucks bad. You have such a great company, but you need to fix this system, it is NO good. Were i the president of Uhaul, i would fire everyone involved with the computer reservation system and start over.you really need to fix this. ps this has been a systemic problem for quite a while my duaghter got screwed because of this a few years ago and had to , on a Sunday, go to your competitor to get a truck NOT GOOD Joseph A.
