Ensure all on site locations are trained and equipped to handle rentals. Location was good an helpful however expierenced a 30 minute delay acquiring our equipment.

I had requested to pay cash from the beginning .....when I came to pay for my rental they stated they couldn’t take cash and that I had to call U-Haul to have someone take payment or teach them to take payment .....

I waited forever to get my Uhaul even after made reservation. I reserved a furniture dolly which I did not get but they charged me anyway. The quote was for $60 but somehow ended up getting charged $100. I will say they were friendly though.

I rented two furniture dollys for $7 each. Mak Tire and Auto only had one. The person checking me out said they would credit my account. It's been 5 days and I'm still waiting.

The gentleman at the location did not speak English well so there was a delay in the process as both sides had trouble comprehending what was being said. The gentleman failed to inform of us of the return process. He simply stated turn key here. The location did not have a furniture dolly as ordered and tried to convince me that the one he had was a furniture dolly. The inside of the truck was clean, however under the driver's seat was an empty juice/soda bottle. It didn't bother me, but does say something about how thorough this location is.

You have to improve your online reservation system. I had reserved my truck online 6 days prior and it was guaranteed. Two days prior, uhaul contacts me and tells me that my guaranteed reservation has no truck available. Fortunately, a slightly smaller truck was available at that location or I would have been totally hosed.

Finding a suitable truck near us was a grueling experience and your 800 people were useless. Our local longwood Uhaul people (Ronald Reagan Dr.) ended up taking over and helping us since they didn't have what we needed and thank God for them. Once we dumped trying to work with the 800 folks, everything was great.
