Make sure to check the passenger floor board and the back is completely clean on the top part other then that was pretty happy with the uhaul will be going there when I need stuff moved

There was no dolly in truck but I was charged 10.00 for it. Gas gauge was not on full but I did return it on full because the paper said it was in full

This place was very dirty! When we walked it, we were not acknowledged for greater than 20 minutes, then we were threatened to have a late pickup fee because we were not there at the exact time we said. The truck still had boxes/cardboard in it. All in all this was a terrible experience- I will say I normally do not ever have issues with uhaul, but I will not go back here!

We had the Uhaul for roughly 4 hours and when I just got my email receipt I've been charged $700+ so I'm thinking SCAM!!!!

Initially I was charged over $650 and 800 miles when in fact I made a 120 mile trip and my estimate was about $150. Although I was refunded $500 within several hours, it added some stress to an already stressful move day. Better tracking of miles or record keeping would improve such a situation. Also, I dont need or want multiple texts to my phone regarding my rental. I know I rented a truck. I dont need Uhaul to constantly text me while Im driving about my reservation.
