The truck cab was clean, there was leftover dust and dirt in the back of the truck. Not a lot, but it was not carefully swept out. We carefully swept it out. Overall not bad though.

Ordered 10 moving blankets my location i was sent to doesn't even carry in stock moving blankets. I was sent to the uhaul on Inkster rd. with a note from my last location to instruct them to give me 10 blankets. I was told that they don't have any blankets. Luckily my uncle had ten that I used. My business will be going to your competitors.

I went to another place in town and it looked run down. This place was clean and easy to get to and the lady that took care of me was pleasant and thorough. The truck was clean and ran well. I would not hesitate to choose this place again.

The Truck we rented had 110,000 miles on it and it showed the driver's door would not close and made alot of noise going over rough roads. I was worried it might open while driving.

Would have given five stars but I had to return the vehicle by 4 I wasn't able to keep it for 24 hours other than that everything went well so in reality I only had the vehicle for 6 hour

The service was good and very friendly. The truck had a few problems: ignition key was difficult to turn on, the heater controls were inoperable, the outside mirrors would not move for adjustment. With the heater controls in the completely off position, the heater continued to pump out heat. Had to drive with windows partially open.

The customer service representative at this location never once got out of her chair to do anything in this transaction no inspection of truck no checking in the back door to see if it was clean no checks for dents no nothing she sat in her chair at the entire time

The only thing that made the transaction average was solely because this is the third time I've rented a U-Haul and there was a discrepancy with the amount of gas that's reported versus what's really in the unit. The fact of the matter is, I drove less than 10 miles and in turn put a gallon of gas back in the vehicle and put it back at 1/4 of a tank. My paperwork said it was 5/16 of a tank (even my brother confirmed it wasn't). However, I will accept responsibility for not going back into the office and mentioning the discrepancy. However, as a customer, it's really not my job to catch a comoany's mistake. Again, this isn't the first time it has happened (3 different locations I've had this issue, 2 of which I've caught and went through the "re-printing" of the paperwork. I guess me not going through that extra ridiculousness costed me $7.65. Please utilize this as a learning curve and fix your process. You have a tablet at every location, start taking pics of the gas levels because somewhere in the check out process, someone is reporting/recording this inaccurately across the board. Unless of course , you're doing this as a way of "getting over" on your customers that fail to take the time to mention it.

The only complaint that I have is that I was sent a link to check the truck back in because I would be returning it after they closed for the day and they asked me to upload a picture of the gas gauge and odometer and when I would do that I kept getting an error message prohibiting me from proceeding any further. I tried four times then gave up. Staff was very friendly!

Changes were made BY UHAUL the day of my pick up. Changes were not noted in my reservation and/or conveyed to the drop-off location. Therefore they charged me for mileage overage which I did not incur. Still waiting for credit.

I originally reserved a truck at the Redford Mi. Uhaul on Inkster Rd 2 days ahead . As I'm already to move, they gave my truck away! Was very rude about it and basically said there was nothing they could do about it. I was never going to use Uhaul again ! But National storage center had a truck luckily and saved my day. They were very courteous and professional. I will never use Redford Uhaul again and will encourage everyone I know to avoid them.

Warning lights on in the truck. A very difficult lock to use for the back. The truck sounds so rough. Of course I called shortly after I left to let the lady there know that there were 2 warning lights on and she didn't answer teh phone. She also did not answer the phone when I was picking uo a truck albeit the person on called I.D. tried more than once to get through (I could see her name on the ID while I was waiting)

The furniture pads that I ordered were not included. We had to wait almost an hour to receive pads, preventing us from moving many of our items when we wanted to. There was also some dirt and dust on the floor.

I dropped the U Haul off after hours. The drop box for keys was not clearly marked, so I put the keys above the visor. I stopped back the next morning to ensure it was received, where received a condescending remark on not finding the lockbox. And then was billed $20 for clean up which is terrible, because the trailer was emptied with nothing left. I have moved twice in the last 8 months, and used U Haul each time for over a combined $500. I will not use it again after being nitpicked for $20. Craig Wotta

Went there to pick up truck was informed it was not available said home office should have informed me called home office they were not aware of the problem said I could pick up at another uhaul place in Farmington but would not be . ready until 6 at night It was 10:00am had all my help waiting for truck. Ended up getting truck from original uhaul with broken ramp.was tolf I would get 50.00 card for my trouble plus gas allowance credit. Never received either one.
