I dropped truck at 6pm tried to use your crappy website with no luck. Called your terrible customer service number and was informed wait time was 56 minutes. Then you charge me for extra miles you caused. Then you charge me 40$ for an extra day. Totally feeling ripped off by uhaul. We were sent to fort McCoy a day before our trip to gainesville. We were told the only truck available is a 15 feet in fort McCoy an hour away from gainesville. We got there it was a thrift shop and she couldn't open her uhaul app. After 45 min wait cause she was checking people out she called the main office and got absolutely no help. She took pictures of our credit card and drivers license which made me very uncomfortable and gave us a truck wit 1/4 gas in it . When we returned the truck the receipts said we needed to put 3/4 gas in the truck and on top of all that we were charged extra money for over mileage which was caused by uhaul making us go an extra hour to get the truck .fatima M.
I was promised one truck at a local convenient location and was called day of and told truck wasnt available and had to drive an hour out of my way to get the truck and then they didnt even give me the dolly that i had asked for as well. But I got charged for it and than I had a hassle when returning it. I will never rent a uhaul againTony W.

The person who rented me the trailer was courteous and made the process very easy. Her husband came right out and hooked me up and I was on my way with no hassle. Very good experience.Michael R.
Did not go inside store. Clerk at door looked at my contract & said okay that was all. I asked her if she was going to come to inspect it before we left. She said no, that she'd do it later.Frances B.
Location was not open on our drop off day, so we just dropped and parked our trailer. Called the location the next day to verify they noted our return ...nope, they said "we took another day off, but well stop in and take care of it". WELL, they used the wrong date and we ended up being charged for an additional day of rental. Another phone call, then another phone call ... STILL NOT BEEN CREDITED. We are not happy. Our next rental needed in a few weeks will NOT be with UHaul. We will go out of our way for another competitor. Not happy, nope not happy at all.gail K.

No issues with this location; none. Just wish the location that we set up the reservation was actually available during the hours stated (versus "maybe" coming in the afternoon) Then playing phone tag and being sent to various locations. Lost hours. In turn needing extra time that cost us in the end.Michael B.

We rented the trailer for less than 7 hours & were charged for two days. We declined the insurance coverage and were charged for it twice. I have contacted then SEVERAL times, by FB Messages and by phone & have NOT seen a credit! NEVER AGAIN!EDMUND P.
