The representative pulled in an hour after I arrived, I was early she was half an hour late. It took four attempts of calling to reach her through the different numbers listed. She pulled into the business in the truck got out left the keys in it and said it had no gas they will send you an email reimbursement of $36 and it's dirty so I left the back open for you to see. Then she left and the back was filled with sand and some strings the front had trash under the seats pencils lots of sand and dirt. It had less than an eighth of a tank of gas.Marissa H.
