I rented a truck for 1 day, I returned 2 hours before the due time and I found out that my credit card was charged for 4 days. The gentleman in the location was very rude and didn't let me talk. He didn't help at all when I told him I returned the truck the following day. Please don't use this location, you will save yourself a big headache.Luciana B.

One-way truck odometer in kilometers not miles... and way off. So as an average person trying to figure things out on my own, way confusing. Not expecting to convert kilometers to miles for long distance. Better off communicating these things beforehand. And afterwards, the worst customer service ever. Did not listen to me. Nor try to help... dismissive, and short after several calls. Even implied, I was being dishonest. Like, who's joy riding a 26' UHaul? Very disappointing. Better experience at my final destination, an actual UHaul facility. I will be more selective about where I pick up my UHaul trucks.Sharon M.

I wasted almost an hour trying to do a "contactless pickup" because the site kept crashing and wasn't clear. We were looking for a tag number only to discover after waiting online with the 800 number that the number we were looking for was at the top of the truck. In the interim, my reservation expired. I had to call the number again to reinstate my reservation, then it was only good for 12 hours instead of the 24 hours I reserved...although it turned out to be the same truck. After finally getting the truck, which was filthy (I took photos) we discovered the utility dolly wasn't in there. I had to call uhaul again and was told to just go to another location and pick one up. I had to leave the truck and have someone drive me to another uhaul location. Of course, that location advised "it doesn't work that way", but eventually gave me a dolly. We rushed to get everything moved within 10 hours, instead of the initial 24 hours I thought I had...which cost me almost double in movers. I didn't add fuel to the truck because I didn't feel safe at 4am at a gas station. Charged not only for fuel, but a $30 fill up service fee. As a realtor with clients moving all the time, I am very disappointed in Uhaul. Shameful. Worst experience ever.Dawn S.

Junior, the owner of the facility is always very helpful and service oriented any time I have ever rented from, or dropped off at this location which I have many times. I left my rental truck after hours, and he called me to let me know everything was in order, no additional charges AND... that I left $1.75 in the cab of the truck!! He is a good and honest man!! I guess on the weekend the turn around is really quick and nobody gets to clean the trucks. Ours was full of dog hair on the driver and the passenger side. The Left rare tire was low on air to which we had to stop at a gas station to replace. Otherwise the experience was quick and good and the location has big parking space.Pinky A.

My original reservation canceled, second reservation was at a far location, return location was not what I asked for in the original reservation and I had to wait for 40 minutes on the line so I dont get overcharged for no reason. The new location for return was also 15 minutes away although the location I chose was much closer. When I arrived at returns I was asked to pay an extra 42$ for mo apparent reason. U haul is a brand name and I cant believe I spent nearly the same time fighting with you instead of packing up my house.Dov B.
