When I arrived at the drop off location I was fined $85 for a lock removal and a missing piece of hardware that I never received. This transaction was indisputable and they stole my card info from my pickup location to charge me this fine. I was never made aware that I would have to pay for the missing hardware and when they told me it was missing I informed them I never received it and they would have to take it up with the uhaul location in Tucson. The West Jordan drop off location informed me that I didn't need to worry about the hardware and that they would resolve the issue themselves. Then proceeded to charge me. This is completely unacceptable and I would like to be refunded the $85 that was stolen from me.Elijah T.

Im really upset. They charged me for the fuel but I returned it with the same amount of fuel. I won't trust this company anymore, if I rent anything i will take a picture everywhere. GLAD I took a picture of the dash showing same fuel amount. In the end the company could say â€œdon't trust me, took picture everywhere, if not, I will charge whatever I can chargeâ€Kenny C.

Scheduled truck was not available at pick up location. Then had to drive over an hour to pick up a truck, to drive all the way back to intended load location then drive to drop off location. Two hour delay due to unavailable truck, to then have to keep the truck for two extra hours the following day which ended up in me having to pay for an entire day extra on top of mileage costs due to having to drive so far to even get a truck for pick up. The fact that when i was givin the option to make a reservation it was never stated how many miles i was allowed to go with the uhaul and thus having to pay $500 (including $80 for refuling) for two days when i was just traveling in state.TIMOTHY C.

I dropped off by 3 pm same day. No personnel available. Locked gate. I put the key in the lock box. Next day I received an email saying I owed a late fee of $20.00. I filled up the gas tank to where it was on pick up. When I called to complain I was told I also owed $24.00 because they said the tank was short one eight. I feel like I've been scammed. Windshield wipers were noisy, hitting the window frame, and squeaking on the glass. The roof of the over-cab leaked and ruined several boxes of books. However the yard person was efficient and amicable. The vehicle was mechanically sound, drove well, and was very serviceable. Overall the pickup procedure went smoothly.
