Could not open lock box; time wasted. Blankets and dolly that were ordered were not in truck and the location was not manned so there was no one to help; more time wasted. I had to drive to different location, wait, and pay for a second set; more time wasted and now more money wasted. Not impressed and not satisfied. Truck however was clean and new.STEPHEN B.

We waited an hour to pick up our truck. I think we should not have been charged because it was they no fault of our own. We were not offered an additional hour. The time remained 7am with an 11am drop off time. The manager was really nice and honest about why we were not given instructions on how to pick up truck for 7am. The website did not give us the link which would have told us the keys were in the lock box. The location is very convenient though. Hope for a smoother pick up next time. I would use them again and recommend to friends.Adrienne S.

Be clearer about how drop off works when location is closed, but is 24 hour drop off location. That there is expectation you will need you phone and will have to take pictures.Emily S.

The utility dolly was missing, but I came back the next morning and got it. When I returned the truck, they acknowledged their oversight and apologized. Although at first I was distressed by the missing dolly, they provided it and our interactions were friendly and helpful. Thank youVeronica P.

Make sure that the truck that is ordered was the one provided. I ordered a 10' but ended up with a 15'. Mark at Porto's was very helpful in getting me a discount, but his efforts wouldn't have been necessary if the right truck had been available. have a CD player installed with the radio, i went 1,200 miles with this vehicle constantly changing stations. I even brought the CD 's with me for the ride but found there was no place to play them for the long two day ride.debra S.

Had a lot of trouble with the ignition switch. It wouldn't turn without a lot of jiggling of the key and I was afraid that I wouldn't get it started again when I reached my destination. Also it would be helpful to have some straps available. My item fell over in the truck. Yikes!CAROLYN P.

When I rented the u haul the wrong address was entered for return location:( Which caused an extra 30 minutes of driving around and only because we stopped to ask a fed x driver if he knew where the business was located and thankfully he did.
