David Z.Truck had a oil leak, and had no coolant in it when I got it. Made my move from Minnesota to Tennessee very difficult, having to stop constantly to add more oil. U-Haul needs to make sure locations are doing proper inspections before allowing these vehicles to leave their lots.
Sepio S.The location was hard to find and not an actual haul store. It was a garage and a person working whom I startled when I came up. Once I received the truck the link for me to take and submit pictures had already expired. I drove it to pick up the load by going on side streets. I noticed right away the steering wheel was not aligned, and that was unsettling. On my way to my new destination I had to drive it on the highway. The truck began to shake around 50mph. It was a terrifying shake that was not normal. I considered pulling it over several times as I thought it was going to shut down on me. I was on a tight schedule so I chose not to stop. Before returning my truck, that I drove one way, to a separate location, I called to let them know that this truck was not suitable for driving. I explained what had happened with me and that I did not feel comfortable driving it to the gas station to refill it. The representative I spoke with told me, that that was fine and that they would check out the truck the next day. I returned the truck after hours. On my way to work the following morning. I saw an email from uhaul of an attempted charge of $153 extra. They charged me for 19 gallons of gas, and a cleaning fee of $25. The truck was clean, I have pictures. Also, the gas was on 1/2 tank. It was on 3/4 when I got it. I have pictures of both. I was given a bad truck and now I have to an additional $153 charge? I am calling uhaul ASAP to discuss this further.

Craig M.I will file a official complaint with uhaul corporate office and explain in what condition the truck was. I have used uhaul many times in local moving and with that trust I booked for interstate move. I had close to near to death experience with stupid conditioned uhaul truck
