The woman handling the pick-up was very helpful and very pleasant. The vehicle itself was not very pleasant. No washer fluid. Broken reverse tail light. Exterior was dirty. Interior was filthy. Seats, floor, and back of van were dirty. Interior of windshield had mud smeared on it. Inside had constant odor from a smoker. Two cigarette lighters were in passenger door handle. Entire dash and interior surfaces were filthy. Tire pressure monitor does not work. The TPM always said right rear tire pressure was low which wasn't the case. In the time of Covid it was evident the interior was not cleaned after the previous customer.Joseph S.

Provide prior communication that mobile pick up will not be working and physical drop-off will be occurring. Especially during COVID when physical contact was UNWARRANTED. The staff did not follow proper CDC guidelines which are the reasoning behind NO-CONTACT PICKUP!Janet E.
