Drove over 45 minutes the day of my move because the equipment was suddenly not available at any of my local pick up locations. On arrival I was told that they only has a dozen furniture pads to send with me. When my movers arrived, who waits for over 2 hours because of the change in pickup location, we discovered that there were no furniture pads in the truck. Because I was paying these movers over $100 an hour and they were part of my Uhaul reservation my furniture didn't get wrapped and I have over $1000 in damaged pieces. This was the worst Uhaul experience that I have had, I spent over $700 in equipment, rental, mileage and gas and now have damage furniture and an additional $250 out of pocket in expenses for the delay having to pick up the equipment over 45 minutes away.samuel M.

It's a small town and store but has tons of personality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Efficient, quick to check us in and made a hard day moving easier with their friendly way and easy manner. Store there has all the basics for a quick snack, cold drinks or basic grocery needs.MARY A.

This truck was very rough riding and shook the whole drive. We had some glass break because the suspension was just horrible. I hated it. It drove like shit and the gas mileage was horrid. Will never rent from Uhaul again!!!!!Marion R.

The truck had dings and dents all over it. The outside of the truck should have been wash. the inside of the truck where driver goes was dirty and I cleaned it upon return. The hauling part of the truck bed was acceptable.Kathy T.

West Virginia was kind enough to help us hook up the trailer to the U-Haul. So that being said I think they would be willing to do that for anyone giving service. However, where I picked up the U-Haul in Belpre, Ohio, the Uhaul was left extremely dirty. They did not even wipe it down for me in between drivers. I would expect more from Uhaul especially since I paid near 1000 dollars for my trip. It should have been in wiped down (half ass) at LEAST.marian W.

I don't know who schedules the truck pickups but I know they don't live in WV. They scheduled me for a truck pickup in Reedy WV about 35 miles from my house when there is a place about 4 miles away. Reedy WV is so far out in the country you need to pipe in sun light. It took 50 minutes to go out a long winding road. When I got there they were have computer problems and I couldn't pickup the truck. The girl working there called uhaul to try and get it fixed but was able to. By this time I was really ticked off. I tried to call but no service. Had to travel back 16 miles to a small town to get phone service. I called and somehow they were able to get the paper work finished and told me now I could go back to pick it up. I paid $500 for the rental. I don't believe I should have to run around to pick up the rental. If you don't have one near me say we don't have one or better yet you sent someone to bring it to me. I chose to live in town so I don't have to travel 45 minutes to go a gallon of milk. If people want to live in the boonies let them travel to get a truck. I should send you a bill for the over 2 hours travel time and gas in my truck to pick it up.kevin B.

Picking up the trailer was difficult. The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. It took a long time to pick the trailer up because of her inability to work the computer. The price of the equipment differed from what we were told when we called the south parkersburg store.Lisa D.
This is for uhaul in general... Charging an entire day of rental because the truck is 3 hours late is not how you get return customers....that's a little ridiculous after the customer has just spent almost 800$ ...might want to make some changes thereJudy M.
the location was way out of the way. need to extend the closer U-Haul locations to be open on sunday that has the equipment needed. also I rented and paid for 2 days only used 1 day and you should refund 1 days rental.SHERRY HILL H.

this location was run-down, even for West Virginia this was nasty. There was only one working gas pump, the other was disassembled. The lady who checked in my vehicle didn't have a desk or computer -looked up my reservation on her phone - she was tending the cash register while trying to look up my info and I had to step aside and let her ring out about 10 people ahead of me - rude! When I went to pump the gas I had forgotten my credit card and she would not accept a check because I didn't have a local bank(can't fault her for that but it added to the already awful experience). I had to borrow money from the gentleman who gave me a ride... chalk this one up as THE WORST UHaul experience - and I've rented UUaul enough to sayElizabeth C.
