Good morning, The location was not where I originally booked the truck from. Due to problems with booking on uhaul side, I was sent to another location. This was not the first time this has happened when booking with uhaul, that it has become the normal. This is very unsatisfactory! You must take into account that if someone stays longer with the truck you do not have that available for the next person. it is an inconvenience to make the customer drive across town to pick up somewhere else. I lost more than 2 hours of my day having to wait for a truck to be found. Changes have to be made or you will loose customers very quickly. Very unsatisfied with your service!Oscar S.

This was literally the worst experience I've ever had with a truck rental. First truck had open headers because someone cut the cat off. I was getting 4 miles a gallon and couldn't go above 40. Got the truck switched out everything went good from there. Returned the truck Saturday. Now comes today (Thursday) and I see I've been charged $100 because they said the gas was returned on empty when i clearly returned it on full. No explanation just charged my card. I tried calling about 20 times to no answer so I had to drive over there and come to find out someone stole the gas out of the truck and it was on the ground with a gas can found next to it. Was I informed of what happened? Not at all. Was I going to be informed? Clearly not. Literally the worst experience ever and honestly I don't think I should have to pay for the rental at all and I should be reimbursed for the hour I had to take off work to come over to the office to get it figured out because apparently their phones don't work?Jason H.

I have rented a truck twice in the last couple weeks from Uhaul via U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer at 6740 W Flamingo Rd. LV NV 89103. The first rental about a week ago went smoothly and I had no issues. Yesterday however the truck I rented was lurching while idling, and two times it bucked to a stop at red lights, because of this I brought back the truck before my project was finished as I did not want to be stranded with a ton of cargo in the back in the event it needed to be towed. When I called the office where I rented it from today (I dropped off the keys after hours yesterday as they close at 4:00 PM) the front desk gave me no assistance, was incredibly short and rude, and simply said they'd monitor the vehicle and would do nothing to mitigate my loss of time and expenses from yesterday. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and transaction at this time. Please advise.Brandon B.

To make certain that the truck is tip top shape and there are not any problems with the truck. Which was not the case with the truck I rented. The lock on the back of the truck would not lock and the steering seemed to be all over the place. I was stranded for an hour and tried calling no answer ...tried emailing...did not receive a response. Extremely frustrating! The staff was extremely nice and accommodating and understood my frustration. Would I try again to rent another truck yes! Just because the staff was incredible. ThanksCandace N.

I've used U-Haul prior. Did not have any previous issues, but this Van needed cleaning inside and outside. It was difficult to see out of window and mirrors. Just sayin! I would use U-Haul again and recommend. Hook up a deal with a car wash.Shirley H.

I was told and informed that my location for pick up changed multiple times. I also reserved a 26ft truck and ended up with a 20ft as they said it was no longer available. Then I received a call that one 26 ft truck was available and to come get it at the time I was schedules only to receive a call ten minutes later saying it was no longer available. This causes me to leave furniture behind as we didn't have room and were moving across states. I made reservations weeks in advance to secure my items and it didn't happen. For my auto towing I had to go to a different location. You would think that I would be able to pick up both items in on spot. I gave feedback and spoke about my concerns but nobody cared. I didn't even get an apology. Overall U Haul was a terrible experience and I will never use your services again.Debora O.

I had booked a 26 foot truck with pick up at a different location and even though they had my reservation, they did not have the truck. I had to settle for a 20 foot truck from a different location, adding to the stress of a busy day. It was very disappointing to be poorly treated by UHaul corporate, but the dealers were quite helpful.randy M.
They gave us a U-Haul without keys to the padlock in the back. We drove all the way to the location we were moving and realized it. When we called they asked us to come back. I told them we were already on the other side of town and we were sent to another location where they claimed they didn't have a key to open our U-Haul padlock. The guy proceeded to open the lock for us but we had nothing to lock it down afterwards. We ended up going over the mileage we calculated and although they said they'd compensate us for the mileage to the other location, it couldn't be granted right away but in the form of a â€œreturnâ€. I will be waiting for that to be refunded back to my account.Ashton M.
