The overall experience of UHaul was not pleasant because the personnel at the location did not know how to use the key box and the app required for getting the key did not work. I had to call customer service 4 separate times the morning of the pick in order to get the key and it took about 45 min, which delayed our entire move in day.Mathew Y.

This was an overall terrible pick up experience. I was not given an access code to retrieve the keys to the vehicle, nor was I given instructions to complete the 24/7 pick up prior to my pick up time. The manager at the gas station offered me no information and it took 90 minutes to get access to the keys after having to call Uhaul. Terrible service.Michael W.

Horrible ppl.. yelled, rude as well as lied to get more money said I shorted the truck a 1/8 of a tank but yet only went 6 miles and I put gas in it. I actually left it with more fuel than begun.Jada B.
Correct the name in U-HAUL and provide better signage for U-Haul. Also, it wasn't clear if the outside lock box was for overnight or anytime, so I left the key with the attendant. Seems less organized than how I picked it up.Kenya A.

Employee did not show up to sign out the Uhaul truck for us. We were there for an hour and a half figuring out who can sign the truck out. The worker in the store did not speak English so he was of no help. You should remove that pick up location from your services.Bryan M.

Service Rep in this location took 1 hour 30 mins to provide me the appropriate paperwork for me to rent my truck. This is crazy. Never again will I come back to his location. She also refused to create a new contract for me to rent a furniture dolly although they had multiple in this location. Reason was she did not know how to create it. I had to go to another location to rental this pieces of equipment. This delay cost me over $160 dollar which was overage I had to pay for my movers. Horrible customer service experience. Moving is stressful enough, it was just plain unbearable today. UHaul better train its service reps or everyone will just choose moving company.Binaya J.

Their customer care is horrible. First, the gas tank was lower in actual than on the paper. They decided to put gas in to meet the needs. The guy who works there put gas on himself, but he put too much that was over the gauge on the paper. He then started to freak out and curse and me to pay for what he put in. The owner came in and settled the conflict, but that guy was definitely rude and made my U-Haul experience worst.TaeYoung L.
The person who owned the establishment was friendly, but was the only person present. When other customers arrived (it is a gas station/ convience store), he had to pivot to his other tasks at hand.Matthew D.
When I went to pick up my 10 foot truck I got in to check the mileage and gas and the dash told me that the front left tire was low. So I got out and the tire was almost flat. I went in and told the attendant and he pulled it over to the air machine and put air in it which took about ten minutes. Then when it was time for me to return the truck I pulled up to the gas pump so I could fill up the gas tank to the point where it was supposed to be. The gas pump cancelled the transaction and said see attendant so I went inside and he told me that he only had 93 octane super unleaded gas and that I should go across the street and get gas and bring it back. I asked why can't I just put the 93 in the tank and he said the you can only put 87 octane in those trucks. I didn't believe him and said I was willing to pay for the supreme gas because I only had to put a little in because I didn't have to drive far during my move. So we went back and forth and then he said I don't have any gas and I was forced to get in the truck and drive to another gas station put gas in the truck and then come back. Once I did that he went to the truck and told me I didn't put enough gas in the truck. So we went back out to the truck and he turned it on and I had actually put more gas than was needed and then he apologized and said I was good to go. I didn't appreciate all the time it took me to rent or return the truck, This is my first time at this location and I feel like they didn't know what they were doing.barbara B.
