Don't keep people waiting so long for service. It was good when we picked up, the man was helpful and got results we needed. But when we dropped off the staff didn't seem knowledgeable and it took WAAAAY longer than necessary to get checked out and get a receipt.JENNIFER W.

I was told the last U-Haul they had was Booked, then told, â€œnever mind when will you have it back by? I stated 12:30 P.M. The employee then told me, â€œsounds good, we Open at 9:00 A.M so just make sure we are Open if you return it at a sooner timeâ€ I get a phone call the next day of a Woman worker saying I was supposed to return the U-Haul at 9:00A.M because it was Booked to be used at that time and that now I owe them a $250.00 late fee. I checked the Paper given prior to leaving which the worker put â€œReturn Time:9:00A.M. So I was put in front of someone who booked it to make an extra sale, asked what time I would return it, gave a return time which they said was not an issue, then on the slick the worker makes sure to put the return time the time the person booked it for to Cover his hide, and charged a $250.00 â€œlate feeâ€ also the entire time I was speaking to the Woman she was yelling over me THE ENTIRE CALL saying, â€œyou owe me $250.00â€ non stop refusing to listen to the true story and then hung up while I was still explaining the situation. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this Location.nicholas M.

overall experience ok; however, I was really upset when they told me that I didn't have 1/4 tank of gas; I disagreed with their assumption that it was low; they asked that I pay for 2 gallons of gas--which I did. I spent over $200 for the truck rental and there was a quibble about the tank being 2 gallons low. I think this was cappy and also a bad business decision on U-Haul's part. The truck and all other equipment were in great shape and everything went well. You might want to rethink your policy on your !/4 gas rule.Kermit M.

Upon arrival I noticed the truck had not been properly cleaned inside or out. It was covered in dead love bugs on the front windshield. The inside of truck had not been vacuumed, and smelled of smoke. The folks that work there though are excellent, it's just ashamed the truck wasn't cleaner, and the location is very busy.Matthew L.

This parking lot is small and busy. The truck was filthy and the latch was broken. I called roadside assistance and was put on hold for over 50 minutes. I have used U-Haul multiple times and this by far was the worst experience ever.Andy F.

Their computer wasn't working at the rental place. It took forever!! I was told when reservation was made I could do everything online. The truck stunk, it was dirty, the oil light kept going on/off. Overall it was the shittiest uhaul truck we have ever used.LAWRENCE L.

24/7 did not work. When I clicked pick up my truck it said I had to wait for hand delivery when they opened at 10. Was on hold for 15 min. Luckily the store has dealt with this same issue many times before and took care of us. This issue however delayed our start to the morning.scarlett W.

None of this was explained or told to me prior to me renting. The light on the inside cargo area did not work so it was difficult to see inside once the sun went down. I forgot two iron stick which stuck beside the door, I call them three time, they keep telling me call back tomorrow at 1, then the third day, one owner said, stop calling , the truck is out of town. it take only 1 minutes to check it , but they just ignore me and let me wait and call them. they just wasting time let me to call them.Xiangdong L.
This isn't towards the location. I was sent to multiple alternate pick-up locations and they were either closed or didn't have what I was trying to reserve. When I spoke on the phone with someone about the reservations prior, everything was confirmed, but when I arrived, it was a complete upset to have driven so far for lost hopes. I would say better communication between the locations and customer service. The location I successfully had today was great!Brenee R.

There was no drop box for after hours drop offs and no instructions given towards what to do for after hours drop off in leu of a box. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee for a vehicle that was left in the same condition as when I got it and even left it with more gas than when I had picked it up with. I had to make several calls to have someone actually document and submit a complaint. I am now being charged an additional $107 for what I believe is a U-Haul location abusing customers for nickel and diming for additional profit. I still haven't heard from any management.BRANNON C.

I love how personable they are at this location, I always request this location I live off of Burbank dr. it is convent, not to mention fast service, as well as lots of things to buy while in the store. Rudest, nastiest female employee. Had trouble pulling up my contract and tried to imply that it was my fault. I explained to her that i waited 30 minutes to pick up my truck because of computer issues. I could not wait and asked her to just charge my card when the computer came back online. I told her i was going to leave and i wanted my copy of the contract back. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY COPY OF THE CONTRACT BACK!!!! I believe that's cause for legal action.TODD H.

You need to honor the location pick up that the reservation was made for. I had to get a smaller truck to avoid having to drive 35 miles from where I made the reservation. Still had to go way out of my way to pick up truck.Marsha S.
