The circumstances for using this site were miserable but the gentlemen behind the desk were very helpful and did everything they could to make the process quick. The only reason I needed to use this site was because U-Haul could not provide me with the equipment that I originally requested. I rented a van so that I could drive 4.5 hours to get the 26' truck that U-Haul could not deliver on. The Colorado manager (Mike) (303) 286-2650, made promises that were not kept. I have a complaint filed that I am still waiting to be contacted about.Kenneth P.
The ratchets didn't work well and needed lubed, same for the coupler latch, one tire strap kept falling off even after I cranked it down tight, and for whatever reason, there wasn't any connection to the trailer brakes (if it even has any). This might've had to do with the fact that the trailer had a 4-pin connection, so I needed an adapter to use it on my Tahoe. Who uses 4-pin connectors any more anyway?Tim G.

Call center misspelled my name On the reservation which delayed pickup. Also coded wrong trailer. Charged for wire conversion adapter after telling me the trailer was wired for 7 prong connector. Not a good experience.GREGORY M.

The people at this location were GREAT! The guy helped us hook up the trailer and walked around to check the lights. He directed us around the building so that we could leave without having to back up (which was great because that would've been difficult)Timothy B.

Our online chosen pickup location was changed on us (from 5 minutes away to a location 25 minutes away) . Our original location couldn't help us, the second location wouldn't help us because we couldn't be there until 5 minutes before closing. The third location was luckily found for us by the uhaul call center. The trailer was clean enough but had a bent roller that made opening and closing the door very difficult. We had been told we could return the trailer anywhere, but that turned out to be wrong (unless we wanted to pay another $100 + more than our original $18 price). We dealt with 5 locations overall in our 24 hour rental experience and it was very frustrating! The one location we did end up using was a very friendly and easy experience though.Elizabeth C.

AWFUL! Not one to write reviews but they gave me the wrong address, double booked my truck, said I had to drive an hour away to get another and took over an hour to figure something out, no thanks to uhaul but the storage space we picked up at !!! A disaster, thankful for the self storage but UHAUL HAS BEEN A HEADACHE EVERY TIMENina S.

Our truck was absolutely filthy: extremely dirty seats, muddy floors, cup holders full of trash and sticky. It took us almost an hour to clean it to make it somewhat clean. Two men working there were not helpful at all. We reserved a dolly online, but it was not there when we came. Nobody even told us about it ahead of time. We spent another hour looking for a store to buy a dolly which of course added an extra expense. Two guys working there had no idea about anything, were not helpful and were pretty rude.David F.

This location was NOT anywhere close to where our reservation was and no notification was sent to inform us of the change. Upon hooking the trailer up it was found that an electrical adapter was needed but this location did not have. It was another 15 mile trip to a store then back again. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SITUATION!!Sindy R.

U-Haul attendant was not familiar with the billing. I asked about 3 separate fees and he had no answer and said to call U-Haul! The fees were 1. Estimated Environmental Fee $1.00 2.
