The location for this is terrible. I spent close to 30 minutes using the app to check in and couldn't get connection. Then returning was the same shit process.Randall J.

I am writing to tell you about my recent experience renting one of your car trailers. Last Friday evening I went to pick up the trailer at the scheduled time but no one was at the pickup site. I called and finally got through to a young man who was very helpful. He contacted the field manager and had him call me. Kerry called shortly thereafter. He came all the way from Kenton to complete the rental agreement. I cannot speak highly enough about how Kerry treated us and made sure everything was taken care of for us. I will always appreciate his effort on our behalf. As I told him, the way he dropped everything and hurried over to Marion made me a believer in U-haul's commitment to excellent customer service!! You have yourself an outstanding employee who is very competent at what he does! After he took care of us, I felt very at ease with everything. Not sure if it is possible but in my opinion Kerry deserves a raise in pay - he is definitely an employee you will want to hold on to!! Have a good day. Harry Simmonsharry S.
My scheduled pickup time was for 10am. I arrived at 9:50am and no one ever showed up. I ended up calling corporate who changed my reservation to a ride share so I could get the key from the box. Took me 30 minutes on the phone with corporate and 15 minutes chatting with someone before I could get the key from the box. I didn't end up leaving with the truck until 11am; meanwhile I had 5 people at my house waiting on the truck. It would be appreciated if I could get some money back due to the inconvenience.TIFFANIE W.

Well the only gave me 68 miles and that wasn't enough miles to get from where I was to where I was going I got charged at $0.40 a mile for 25 miles and I literally went from address to address and that's itTimothy M.

The location was great. Scheduling and customer care was terrible. Many mixups (kept bing directed to utility trailers instead of motorcycle trailers, which I was looking for.) Also wasn't told I would need to drop off at same location. Also was hung up on after being on hold around 30 minutes, twice. Was my first time using uhaul, the location was great and the trailer worked very well but overall I was left with a bit of disappointment.ray L.

The brakes on the truck need fixed. Every time I slowed down to stop, the truck kept sliding. The passenger window of the truck was broken. The location was below average. I tried to check in online but was unable to get a cell signal, so to future customers, DO NOT try to pick up the truck before the store opens via the "Remote" access pickup option. When I first order this truck, the person I was speaking to order the pickup in the wrong city. About 40 miles away. When I went to pickup the truck, everything was closed in my city. That's when I found out the mistake. The young lady help me find one closer. I lost about one hour, but was able to complete my move.Doug I.

This was the first time I have rented from Uhaul and the experience was relatively painless. I went to one merchant that volunteered to help locate a trailer to fit my needs as they did not have one available. Though it was in another town the help was good and the service was good as well. Hats off to Sheds Direct.Tom B.
