The only guy who was there was so dull and lifeless. He barely said anything didn't ask of anything was ok. He got me the key pointed to a truck and went back inside. I did the inspection by myself and still had to ask for the appliance Dolly that I requested in my reservation. The truck was dirty and had to sweep it thoroughly myself before loading up

Van was dirty and with Covid they could have had it clean inside. It smelled like a farm . Key box was rusty and hard to open. No one was available if needed help .

The van trailer looked clean standing outside but once I got it home and completely opened up, there was a heavy livestock odor to it. I found small amounts of hay and manure in the front corners and manure on the walls. Luckily I had it a day early so I was able to thoroughly clean it before loading for our move. Also, I rented on March 31st and didn't discover until 2 days later that the plates/tag expired on March 31st. I did notify the agent at the return location.

Some people don't understand the internet. It's a lot easier to come in to the office and do the rental there. I was confuse on the internet.

The interior of the cab floor was muddy, The ramp was entirely cover in mud along with the first 8 feet of the bed. I had to clean the ramp and box bed before I could load the truck and walk in my house.

Owner of rental site not there when the pickup was scheduled, had to wait more than an hour and then the van was on empty at pick up. The field manager however, could not have been more helpful in resolving this disaster of a rental.

You overcharged me and no one wants to pay me back for what you owe me. I think you suck and not very professional. Temperature was -21 and they didn't have the truck running and charged for a dolly and was told it was in the back which it wasn't. Never again

I reserved moving blankets and a dolly, but was informed the morning of my move--when I arrived to pick-up the truck and equipment--that the moving supplies were not available. This was irritating to me. I will likely not use U-Haul again.

Improve the online check out process. Assure milage and gas are accurate. They were not correct when checking out this equipment. Put large readable numbers on the lock boxes. Had to go thru one by one until opened the correct one. This checkout experience was terrible

I am not happy with u haul at all. I ordered the uhaul for pick up in woodsville nh. It had to be picked up in Littleton . I always go to Lebanon nh not Littleton and im very dis satisfied and felt i was very much over charged for drop off in Springfield ma.

The U-haul employee/manager needs to be more friendly, was a bit on the rough side when inquiring about renting a truck and when e picked up the truck a week later. Also, when filling out the form online, I asked for half a dozen blanks and no dolly and got no blankets and got a dolly. I will not rent from this location again.

Reservations were screwed up from the beginning. I ended up with a much larger truck more expensive than I needed that was almost 50 miles from my house. My original pickup point was Dalton Motors and they were very attentive but the truck was not dropped off in time for my reservation. The send vendor Shelburne Automotive seemed irritated that I was leaving my vehicle there for the roughly 3.5 hours that we used the rental for. I was desperate as we only had a short window to do what needed to be done with the rental. In all honesty, I'll probably only use Uhaul as a last resort in the future.

Michael went out of his way to look for the vehicle I wanted. The rental was cleaned and ready for my pick up. He even parked it for easy exit from the lot. Very nice person and efficient check in process. Easy to work with, courteous and helpful.

Don't charge people for items they specifically didn't want. have contracts available for people to read and verify prior to receiving the equipment and not emailed over while driving already.

Was quoted $53 online. Had to pay $75 cash when I got there. No paperwork or receipt. Said they shouldn't even have been open that day and made it seem like I was inconveniencing someone.

Very difficult place to drop off the trailer. Very little room, trailers and truck parked haphazardly. We just received an invoice for an "after hours service fee". On previous rentals from other dealers we never had this charge. NOT PLEASED.

The only reason I am giving this place two stars is because it was closed, so I didn't actually see the inside. The location was not inviting, you have to drive over the curb to get into the lot. Also, this place charged me an extra $40 when we brought the van back a day early.

Location is in one of the worst spots to drive in littleton. Truck was not fully Ready when I arrived. Moving blankets beyond dirty. Nasty dark brown stains.
