Customer service was horrible this location wasn't knowledgeable about anything. I requested a dolly with my truck it wasn't given to me. I had to go to another place to pick up a dolly. I returned my truck and dolly Friday morning around 1000. I got a phone call Saturday afternoon from uhaul customer service saying that my dolly wasn't returned the last I spoke with had a very bad attitude over the phone terrible customer service she also hung up the phone on me. I've used uhaul for all of my moves in and out of the military for 10 years now but after this I'll never use this company again.

The vehicle was not cleaned at all, had dirt in the back section of the truck.

When I got to the store to pick the U-Haul up they could not find the key to it and it was a wrong size truck of what I needed but I had no choice at the time so I had to use it because I was moving and it wasn't clean

Train the personnel that receive trucks as they checked nothing upon my returning it. No mileage, no damage, cleanliness checks. I called the U-Haul number to report it at the time as returned to make sure no additional charges were received.

I was short handed gas and would like a FULL refund. The truck had “5 miles until empty” instead of 7/16 of gas, and because of that I was left to put gas in.

We used mobile checkin . Which is a good thing because the clerk inside the store knew absolutely nothing about the truck rental did not even know which key went to which truck! Thank goodness the mobile app worked so well!
