Make all vehicles be returned with the gas gauge on Full. I always hate trying to match what the fuel gauge was when I picked it up. It's difficult to not give extra gas while pumping, so it costs the user more money.

We rented a one way rental. We googled mapped a location to return it to. When we got there, it was no longer a uhaul location. We googled another one and it was no longer there either. It was ridiculous to have to waste 40 minutes and 3 locations just to return our rental!!

Truck had any infestation inside of the truck on driver side. It was covered with ants it was difficult to drive and fight off ants. Several ant bites acquired while in truck. I had to purchase bug spray to avoid ants. This is something I do not hold uhaul completely responsible for. Just making you all aware. Other than this my experience was great. I bbn use this location often and I will again

The truck was very loud and the transmission was a bit sticky. I was nervous and felt slightly uneasy driving this truck. Worker came out and stated it was loud but should get us where we need to go

The lady at the desk was very friendly but DO NOT call the Snapbox number about truck rentals. It's a general Snapbox line and they will forward you to the “trucking department” which must be code for “Where we put callers we don't want to deal with.” I called trucking multiple times yesterday - they didn't answer once and I left a message every time with NO response! The one time I called the lady that answered even said “if they don't answer, leave a message and they'll call right back.” Wrong! I never got to speak with anyone about the truck.

The computer system went down during the check out process which made that very slow and time consuming.The truck had an ignition key issue. Every time the driver's door opened it made a sound as if the keys were in the ignition. The ignition was difficult to turn both off and on, so seems like it's a matter of time before it fails.

Spent 30mins or more warming the truck up, de-icing the rear door seal, door was frozen shut, brushing snow off the windshield and hood. Lady there was super nice! That was the only great thing. Location is tiny, but closer than other chooses, price could've been lower especially for a partial day rental. Could've and should have been a discount for the 30mins spent preparing the vehicle after pickup time. Yes it's winter, yes it's below zero, and it was the the first am pickup available. The truck that size needs a lift gate, because of that I will rent from Penske and spend the extra $20. The ramp is useless in cold snowing weather. Can't imagine it's worth a shit and any type of weather. Only reason I'd go back is because the lady was nice and location was close.
