The amount you guys charge is insane and have tons of hidden fees that robs people will never use this service again and telling everyone I know to never use it eitherHARLIN M.

The truck was ready, in great shape and parked for easy access and exit. The service was excellent and very easy both picking-up and dropping off. The only note is, I had selected mobile pick-up and drop off, but my phone had no cell reception at the location (very common in that part of NC). The lady at the desk was very helpful an I was on my way just as quickly.Patrick P.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The location was ideal for us, close to our new home. They helped us with our equipment and welcomed us to the area. They even let us take a furniture dolly and pay for it when it was returned (we didn't have any cash on hand). Highly recommend this location!Tamara M.

I made a reservation to pick up a trailer at this location. when I arrived the gentleman told me he was expecting one back but it hadn't arrived. So I should drive across the field find a trailer, hook it up and drive it back to the office. He told me he had me go get the trailer because: "I only get 10% per transaction, which is $8 for this trailer rental. Wanna know how much work I do for $8? None." That's pretty much verbatim what he said to me. His office was EXTREMELY smokey, and no one was wearing a mask except me.zach P.
I made a reservation. I called to make sure the trailer would be there days in advance. I was told that someone would call me the day prior. No one called so I called back. I was told that all we could do would be to hope that one gets turned in by tomorrow. I called U-Haul at 7:30 am and was told we would have to wait and hope that one was turned in. I instructed the person to find me a trailer and she did, less that 7 miles away. The locations was terrible. When I went to turn it in to the town that I choose when I rented it, I was told that I had to go a location in the next town over. The trailer did tow well.JEFFERY H.
The truck smelled like smoke and had to be fumigated w/ fabreeze before we could drive it. The owner didn't show us anything about the truck especially the tow button was on, which turned off would have saved gas and we could not find the cruise control...drove the whole way w/ no cruise control. He put in the wrong mileage out, causing great delays when we turned it in.ROBERT B.

The trailer had wheel damage not known to the dealer. We switched trailers, but I was not able to return on the day I rented it and was charged a day rental for a trailer that was not safe in the first place.GARY D S.

I was charged $15.75 for returning the truck with a 7/8 full fuel tank. When I picked up the truck it was 7/8 full. I have pics of the fuel gauge and mileage when I picked it up and when I dropped it off. I emailed the proprietor days ago and no response. I should $15.75 returned to me. Uhaul has to have the worst service. I was scheduled a 26 ft truck for tomorrow at 3pm at the trading post in Murphy, NC went there this morning to make sure I was still getting it was told it was sneeds garage here in Murphy (peachtree) drive there he's not in the office. Call got told he had three reservations with only two trucks and I was the latest reservation I called uhaul they transferred me to three different uhaul places to find a 26 ft truck. One 7 hours away another 4 hours away then another about 10-15 minutes down the road. I called the uhaul in Mineral Bluff to see if they could transfer it here to Murphy but they couldn't. Austin at the one in Mineral Bluff, GA said he couldn't even transfer my reservation back to sneeds garage and said to make another one. I made another reservation didn't notice I had put July 1st at pickup until I received a call from uhaul that there wasn't a 26 ft truck for the 30th. So not only was I was on the phone multiple times with different uhaul places I get completely screwed out of a 26ft truck unless I wanna drive to get a truck and pay for all the Mileage when this wasn't even my fault. Doug sneed at sneeds garage is at fault for saying he only had two trucks with 3 reservations all because I had asked if we could change the drop off location to the Trading Post where I originally had put the reservation in at. Shows online that trading post has a 26ft but it's not in his lot. So now the only option I have is a 20 ft or smaller and have to pay extra for more mileage possibly. This isn't fair to me because of something one of your uhaul shops did! How about that $50 reservation Guarantee because of this? Truck had a few dents but was clean for the most part! I will never do business with this place again in MurphyCAITLIN H.

This location was not convenient for us. UHaul called to change from our original location, which was much more convenient. The lady said the original location didn't have the size truck we needed. That was a lie. We drove by the location and they had multiple 15 foot trucks in their yard. I am very disappointed in Uhaul for sending us out of our way which caused us to go over in mileage and incur an additional charge.Martin F.
