The inside of the 10 ft truck was a bit gross. The windshield on the passenger side had muddy footprints from one of the previous renters and the steering wheel was peeling and sticky. It ran well and that was really all I needed, so I just moved past the dirt and got the job done. The gal at the counter was very helpful since the phone app was in a perpetual loop of "your rental is being approved" which was weird since I reserved it a week prior to pick up.

I did what I thought was 24/7 pickup where I could use my phone to pickup the truck. I got a confirmation email saying I could pickup the vehicle anytime. I had originally schedule it to be picked up at 10:00am, but I had done all I could do without the truck that morning by 8:00, so I went to get the truck earlier. When I got to the pick up location at 8:30am to get the truck, nothing was there for me to get a key. Fortunaely, the location opened at 9:00 instead of 10:00 as stated on the website. When the lady got there, she was very rude and seemed bothered I was standing outside the door when she opened. She said the vehicle was not setup as a anytime pickup and I would have to come back at 10:00am. No apology, no compassion, nothing. I tried to check to see if the same vehicle was available at another location. If it had been, I would have switched locations just because of how rude she was! When I came back to get the truck, she was more friendly. But I ended up wasting an hour and a half of my morning because the vehicle wasn't available.

Jeanette excellent. I only drove 15 miles but since I was asked return it full I did. It took over 4 gallons which means it was not full when I got it. I guess that’s on the guy that rented it before me though. Other than that it was perfect.

I asked Rep to walk around truck with me to check mileage and damage he refused to do so. I asked for details on returning truck and he simply said drop key into drop box. I did so, there was issue with that. I was over charged and the customer Service was poor. I really was dissatisfied. I could have chosen several other brands of rental trucks, but I chose uhaul , customer service needs to improve. False information regarding my usage of truck was used as well.

The service of the truck was excellent but the customer service was not that pleasant (that was my precept) since I am Latina and I do not speak English very well. The two people who attended me could be noticed that they were not very comfortable dealing with a person like me. I think that those types of people should not work with clients because they do not give a good image to their company. Thank you.

The manager/owner at this location is always friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue renting or returning. This is now my go to location for local rentals because of the customer service.

I was unable to rent van oneway which ended up costing me in fees, mileage and additional day rental. The advertising of $19.99 was obviously an effective gimmick to get my money.

My gas charged price was very expenssive not even based on what i used. The price for me to rent a truck was $39 to $40, truck coverage at my convenient $14-15, mailage cost/good but i ended up paying $111. 63 gas exstimates of $23. Something. Norlmally i did not consume up $10-15 of gas.
