Don't double charge me day usage when I rented the truck for one day and the Uhaul agent told me I could use the truck for 33 hours for 1 day charge since the return day was Sunday and he was closed. He emailed me that also. Also don't overcharge mileage. The truck went out with 26 more miles on the odometer than the contract recorded.LYNN L.

Trucks just sit along a side road. I Was a little concerned about the dolly and blankets in the back. I would not feel comfortable picking up or dropping off after dark. You just pick a dirt spot and park. I was not a fan.Barbara W.

There must be someone to answer the phone when customers call. I called once left a message and then on another day I called again because of one of the tires that was losing pressure but no one answered the call. In case of an emergency or malfunction of the equipment this exercise would have been a waste of time. Employ someone to answer the phone!!Rodney F.

Long story short, we waited an hour for our pre-scheduled truck because your site was down for planned maintenance in the middle of the day on a weekendâ€¦ Not smart. We waited on hold with your customer service line for 30 minutes and never got an answer. If it weren't for the OUTSTANDING gentleman who helped us at this location, we wouldn't have been able to move at all. I want a partial refund for the day because our assigned truck didn't have the equipment we needed and because your maintenance put us so far behind schedule we almost couldn't move. Overall experience regardless of location was terrible. Not the location but using UHaul. Reservations a month in advance. Changd pick up locations several times within a day of scheduled pick up and with multiple trucks had to go to different locations. No supplies. Locations rewrote contracts that were done on line and pricing was higher. Entire experience was a mess.RICHARD P.

There was not enough room for trucks to be parked, the key was turned in without anyone checking the truck in, received bill and was charged for 2 bundles of furniture pads (that were folded and placed in rear of truck after use), but we're told they were not there after return of truck. There was a quarter of a tank of gas in the truck when we received it and at drop off ( only place to park the truck was on the side of the road backed in at an angle), there was a little over a quarter of a tank of gas. We were charged for gas as well as 2 bundles of pads. Next time, if we use U-Haul will definitely take before and after pictures.Kenneth K.

The location itself was fine, but it is EXTREMELY frustrating to find that the pick up location has changed. If you order a truck from a specific location, then that is wheeled it should be. Paying 5 men $50 an hour while you track don your trucks is infuriating and starts the day on a bad note.STEVEN G.
Was charged an additional $14.99 for insurance that I did not want or ask for. Uhaul still has not removed the charge, even after I disputed it. Truck was filthy, and there was a Coors Light can behind the drivers seat. The brakes on the truck were in poor working condition. They need to be replaced ASAP!CANDOLYN N.

I was not provided the full dozen furniture pads at the time of pick up of the truck. I was given 7. After returning the truck I was charged for the 5 missing. Its not worth my time to haggle of $25.00 but moving forward I think will look at other options than Uhaul for truck & equipment rentals. Service at Pick Up was good.KURT E.
The Van was left in the same condition with a full tank of gas which was more than I had when I picked it up and I was charged a cleaning fee of $25 . Unacceptable to me. This is a empty cargo van. Also I was suppose to get 100 free miles and was charged when I only went 65 miles.JANET M.
