The staff member saw us arrive at his shop to pick up the truck. He quickly got us set up with the truck and providing the keys. We liked how clean and organized the TechWorx shop was! It gave us confidence that everything about our truck rental was handled properly and professionally.Peter F.

I'm extremely disappointed in Uhaul experience. Not only at truck pick up did I discover, and I noted in the mobile pick up process, that the dolly and furniture pads were not there. I chatted to an online representative- no response. Then, before drop off I called uhaul and stated again, there are not any dolly's or furniture pads. The representative stated she made a note and to make a note of this in truck drop off. I then made a note when dropping off the truck. Does anybody want to tell me why I still paid full price for dollys and furniture pads after staying multiple times I never had them? I NEVER GOT TO USE THEM. I HAD TO LIFT INDIVIDUAL BOXES ONE BY ONE. This experience sucked. I will never use uhaul again.Peyton B.

When I arrived, there were spiders covering the entire van and the keys pick up box. Couldn't access either without knocking them away.Jasmyn J.

Let customers know that the preferred location is not the actual pickup location and that U-Haul will move your pickup location without telling you, and somehow expect you to know that you need to drive to a different location to pick up your rental.Kelley S.
When I called for a price I ended up reserving the trailer. Trailer was exactly what I needed. And was told where to pick it up, not at the location I called. Maybe should have explained it better.Tech Worx was awesome.David F.

Why was I charged $9 extra for fuel? I asked when I picked it up if I had to bring it back full and specifically was told no. Only to fill it to where it was when I picked it up which was 3/4 fullEric G.
The cab was thick with Dog hair. The employee at the shop was shocked at how disgusting it was. I spent time vacuuming and scrubbing clean when I got home. Also, the location was moved further away at 5pm the night before pickup and the time was moved from 7am to 8am so my "helpers" couldn't assist us. My wife and I ended up loading the unit by ourselves due to UHaul's last minute change.Douglas Z.
