Inside of the truck was dirty and sticky. Could visibly see that someone had spilled some type of brown liquid. The whole inside just wasn't clean. Also, location was hard to find. Overall, I was able to get the job done and customer service was friendly.Luis Z.

Better instruction to pick up truck, make sure equipment ordered is with the truck. We paid for a utility dolly to be in the truck and we were not provided with one and the charge needs to be taken off the bill. Fix the wheel alignment of the truck.Ronnie J.

I originally rented a truck to move. When I got to the location there's was no one there to assist. I followed the website directions and got the key And code. However, for he wrong Car. I wasted 40 minutes between trying to figure out how to open combination lock, car, calling costumer service and changing reservation since the key Found in lock was for a van. I had to do three trips to fully move my stuff from my old location to new one. If I had the right truck, as reserved, Uhaul wouldn't have charged me as much as they did.Gabriela L.

A furniture dolley that I requested was not available when I arrived to pick up the truck and I was not advised in advance. Then was told that they could call the regional office and they could find one. So, I'm supposed to go traipsing all over to look for a piece of equipment that I should have had? It was definitely an issue having to move very heavy furniture with out it. I will definitely use your competitors in the future.hilda L.

I ordered and paid in advance for a roll of packing tape, but the location did not have any. When picking up the trailer, I noticed an unpleasant odor inside, but thought it was just because it had been closed in the heat. When I first climbed inside when beginning to load it, I found a dead mouse that was the source of the odor. I removed the mouse and used baking soda to clean the inside of the trailer and clear the odor.Andrew C.

The Uhaul order was for a truck at 9:00am. We didn't receive the truck until 1:00. We lost a lot of packing time and we were against a deadline. We know it's not the service center's fault as they had to wait for the truck but if it won't be ready at the reserved time, please say so upfront. We would have chosen another service center.Karl B.

So I had to go to this location because the first location I went to said they had the car hauler trailer, well I spent an hour and a half at that first location paid and everything, searched all around the property and needless to say they did not have the trailer. So I had to drive ten miles north and pick up the trailer.Mathew G.
