I needed a 6x12 trailer with a rear tailgate opening of at least 66 inches. This trailer did not have those dimensions so the rental was cancelled. It's not the fault of the location, it's the fault of the equipment. This shortcoming should be made very clear in the description of the trailer. CheersJeffrey B.

Super helpful and friendly customer service at this location ! Truck was clean and even had wipes inside ( we had out own but was happy to see this ) . Plexiglass barrier and sanitizer available in the building but employees were not all wearing masks which would have been appreciated . Otherwise good experienceEllen P.

After making special arrangements and asking specific questions I was charged for 3 days of rental after returning the tow dolly the next day, the rental business wasn't open on the weekend and logged the return on the Monday. I had to spend the whole morning on the phone with them and Uhaul 3 different 1-800 numbers and lots of wait time due to Covid 19. It would have been nice to get a discount due to all the extra work I had to do because of someone else's mistake. Made for a very unpleasant experience.TIM P.

Terrible online check in. Spent an hour trying to get the keys but the online system would not pickup the location. Dont offer this service if the location cannot handle the cell tower service. Spent another 45 minutes being transferred from person to person on the help line trying to access the truck. I lost 2 hours of valuable moving time because of these issues. Overall extremely poor experience. I will not use this company again.Chelsea D.
I rented 6 by 12 trailer with ramp and I couldn't even use it because the opening is only 57 inches wide so I had to go find another trailer and pay for a second trailer so I called u haul and asked if I still had pay she said they will call me back bUT never did so not every happy with u haul company you could have at least called me back to say sorry but no you still have to pay at least a response would have been nice so in future years I will be looking at other options been so I didn't even use your trailer unhappy with u haulpaul F.

We rented from these folks on 2 previous occasions last year and were very happy with them. We phoned and spoke with Lisa and she made the arrangements for us. And gave us directions to their new location on Frankford Cres., Trenton. They had kept the truck inside so the -25 weather didn't slow us down. Everything went seamlessly.
