I am disappointed with the situation that I had today. I was supposed to get my Van at 1:00. I did not receive any email with the code. I called and the person who helped me out with that told me that apparently the person who rented the car before me did a wrong process. I came back at 3:00 and I was waiting there until 4:00. I had a really bad time because I had a plan to followup and it caused to be late in the moving. I want to get a compensation from U-Haul, because of the hard experience I lived today.Stefany N.
I didn't want self check in but when I arrived the store was closed. I had to call the owner for a full online walk through. Took me an extra 25 mins to get going. Because the store was closed I paid for a dolly which I needed and never received. The fact that you keep offering these add ons online yet force self check in is basically highway robbery.Ali I.

Equipt is not properly cleaned, average. Charges that are forwarded to my credit card is nerve wracking.shld explain further that those are estimate amts and actual amt will come later.overall experience is good.Allan M.
You should honestly close this branch down. Its the worst U-Haul branch in Canada. They charge money for nothing, and the owner did not help one bit. He couldn't help me return the key and did not help me return the truck online. They charge you for so many unnecessary things and there is no one to help you. I would recognize this to absolutely no one ever, since I don't hate anyone this much.Mohammed H.

I should not be charged with cleaning fee. The vehicle was not clean and i had uploaded the pic how it was. I just used it for 3 hours and has returned same clean how it was delivered to me. The cleaning fee of 25$ need to be returned.Nizamudeen I.
Hi there, I found the truck dirty from inside and the carpet was ripped from right door. Rest it was good. Pretty convenient. I do have one complaint though, the android application is seriously very buggy, it just kept spinning while I was setting up my pick up at some point it totally froze, I had to kill the app and restart the whole process I killed our time because of that. I had to set up that from the mobile web browser. To summarize my experience, I would say it was very convenient, the only thing is to improve the application user experience. Thank you.Savan P.
