Craig POne of the four tires was barely able to complete the twenty-five hundred mile journey. On arrival the cords were visible and left us anxious for much of the trip. The salesman was pleasant and very helpful.

David EThere was no one there, the lot was not secured or locked, a note said to call and I did. No one called me back. I ended up downloading the U-Haul app and returning it via the app.

He took care of my late arrival and was so efficient I brought him a trailer that I was supposed to bring back to a different location and he was able to take care of everything without any hassles at all. What an excellent representative of U-Haul. I wish all your employees were as good as him.

SEAN HI came in and the Truck had been tagged overnight, and I got the truck with barely any gas in it, luckily I wasn't going far. The guy was nice and helpful. I had reserved at a different location and was shifted to this location
