The vehicle needed serious maintenance, it sounded horrible, like it was missing the muffler, and struggled to get over 60 mph. It took forever to get up to speed, and the sound was so deafening I couldn't hear the person sitting in the middle seat speaking, let alone the radio. Worst moving experience I've ever had, felt so unsafe in traffic, constantly worrying if it would break down with all my stuff in the back. I want a refund.Patrick K.

Had a horrible experience with picking up the truck which delayed me over an hour and my time is very valuable that morning staff had no clue how to use the system were knew how to check out the equipment that was getting very agitated with the delay would like a manager to call me because my experience was unacceptableBonnie B.
First, Ace Automotive where I was supposed to drop it off was closed during normal business hours. That's a big inconvenience when you're driving a 26' truck and you're trying to catch a plane. Watson & Taylor were friendly and helpful but had not yet been trained in receiving tricks as the manager was brand new.Jen G.

I did not like my experience luckly I kept my composure because I was literally about too lose it over some dumb parking space and the fact of how I was treated . Terrible never again . Bad customer service luckly I don't sue for such hardship.Joey emmett B.

I checked in online to save time picking up the rental truck, but the employee still went line by line which didn't seem time efficient. I was also charged for insurance, which I had declined online. I was refunded, but it took two phone calls totaling 25 minutes, which I shouldn't have had to do. Also, truck size options were limited, and I reserved a dolly online but the location didn't have one available when I picked up the truck. Overall not a smooth experience. The UHaul on Austin Highway has a much better equipment selection and is only a couple miles away. I recommend that location instead.JESSICA L. H.

The location was great, but the uhaul experience was horrible. I reserved a truck. I confirmed on Friday for Saturday pick up. On Saturday the reservation was lost. Made another reservation for 10:30 AM in Schertz TX. They called and canceled the reservation and then moved me to Cibolo. Went to Cibolo and they told me they had no trucks. I was then sent to Converse to pick up the elusive truck. Converse had no trucks but my reservation was again transferred to fairdale. They had the truck. After 6 hours of driving around San Antonio to find a truck. Horrible experience!!!Rebecca H.

When setting up reservation my confirmation was sent for a the location I originally wanted. I went to that location and discovered my rental wasn't available. My reservation was at another location further out. Supposedly they called to confirm but I had no call on record. Another email should have been sent to give new location. Would have saved me time and gas.Heather H.

Was lied to about the final charge. Was told by sales rep at time of check out that I would only be charged the actual miles I used and when I dropped off the Vehicle. I paid an extra amout over our estimates as to the needed mileage and asked her THREE TIMES "are you SURE I will only be charged the actual miles". In each Exchange I was assured that I would be reimbursed. On dropping off the Vehicle I brought to the uhaul reps attention I only used 58 miles and expected a credit. He told me there would be no credit. I WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT VIA TWITTER, FACEBOOK, AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET OTHERS KNOW HOW UHALL RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!'donald L.
