My pick up experience was fine. But when returning the employee was less than cordial and he checked the milage plus gas and came back and said ok you're all set. Then I got a debit from my account for $50.85. I think I should have been told the differences or breakdown of the pending transaction. Communication is key, and his demeanor or statement didnt indicate a pending balance.

My confirmation email listed our pick up location, that I pre checked in at “storage sense of Sebastian“ @ 189 Sebastian blvd, Sebastian, FL. This place seemed nice but when I went in the gentleman at the desk said they didn’t have our reservation number in their system and I was going to have to call the 1-800 number to speak with someone to figuring it out... once I found out Where the truck was at another location I had to get a ride to that spot. This store was chaotic and poorly managed from my perspective. The lady who was finally able to located the key to our vehicle that was lost in the midst of piles of papers and auto parts, said she couldn’t back it out and need the manager of the auto shop to pull up the vehicle. This whole process took about 2 hours out of our 12 hr road trip from FL to TN. The vehicle had a reverse light out and the passenger mirror almost fell off as I pulled into a store to buy tools to fix this truck to be safe enough to drive and change lanes. The blankets we paid for were used and covered in oil that the manager swiped of with paper towels. They also smelled like cat piss. Which made the experience less enjoyable.... not impressed

The pick up location did not have the vehicle ready at the time requested, I had to wait 30 minutes until it was ready. The interior was filthy, covered in dog hair, liquids spilled and dried on the flour, a horrible odor in the cab, the steering wheel had grease on it, a used bandanna was left in the side door. Absolutely disgusting. And they put the wrong mileage in the computer, said I drive 67,000 miles in 4 days from FL to PA !!!!

I did an online check in, and it took over an hour to get me in to a truck, there were people smoking in the a/c office, and there was no where to park my truck without handing my keys to one of the mechanics they said. I wouldn't go there again!

they forgot to check the trailer in. I had to call U HAUL after I got a notice that the trailer was due in Soon. Do you haul corporate representative had to call the branch to get them to check that the trailer was returned. A little while later I got an email confirming this

Hood l;aches were no on and the hood came up on the highway. Receiving location did not want the truck and sent me to another location 10 miles away and 45 minutes in time.

Location was definitely further from the original pick-up location causing more mileage and time for the use of the truck. While I was upgraded to the 15' truck, it did not take away from the additional time and effort made to get the rental truck. I was late due to the new location and late getting to the my destination. I had to give my information and credit card again at the new pick-up location, further delaying the pick up process. Why did I spend time inputting the info. on your site? Also, I did not need the 15' truck, the 10' was more than adequate for my hauling need.

The pick up location is what you would expect of a popular busy Automotive repair facility. Counter personnel were friendly and helpful. Truck that was given to me was in very poor condition, Dirty, previous renters were smokers, truck seemed to have been in multiple fender benders as it had multiple x stickers (counter person did add some as requested) as well as multiple shotty repairs done to the box portion of the truck. Service engine light was illuminated. One headlight was out (drivers LH side) had to replace that on the road, I had to stop in Louisiana to replace windshield wipers, the windshield was leaking on the upper RH side. Windows could not roll down as the window cranks were broken and sitting in the interior door pockets. The positives the A/C worked as it should, Truck drove straight, It did travel to my destination. Even though the truck drove as it should have, I will say as a vehicle fleet maintenance manager the truck I received to travel from South Florida to Central Arizona shouldn’t have been released.

Place was closed on Sunday the day I returned the trailer. Didn’t know where to park it. Then was charged $42.80 for late charges because of the incompetence of the return facility.

Light connector was broken. Would connect and disconnect randomly while driving. Lock Chains on tail were rusted. Tires had air though. They were willing to help attach trailer as soon as they had a moment.

Guy renting did not have any info on connecting the traiker electrically and did not go look at what kind of plug I had. they also didn't have an of the standard adaptors needed to plug the trailer into the truck and made me go get my own at an auto parts store.

Original location booked had no trailers. Got email late regarding switch from Sebastian to Vero Beach. Alotof driving around, confusion and waste of time. You need to communicate better. Online booking is very deceiving and I wanna credit.

I returned the trailer on a Sunday when there was no one around to help me. The parking lot is dirt and had many ruts and was very full. I had to remove the trailer from my car and try to maneuver it into a space manually. Because of the roads it was almost impossible for me to get the trailer in a space. Hey Siri cell of trying to move it manually I now have a sore back. Parking lot needs early little bit of grading

I’ve used other locations before in renting and by far this was the best experience ever. I have already recommended some friends and business associates to use this rental location. Pam went above and beyond to assure we had enough trucks and time for our move.

The location we look for on the website was closed. We had to find another one which was very difficult. When we got there at the parking lot was so crowded there was no room to maneuver.The woman was so busy she barely had time to even talk to us. It was an awful experience returning the car.

When we dropped off the truck the rep did not come out to inspect the vehicle nor did we receive a receipt. We were concerned that "something" would be said was amiss and charged. However, the only thing we were charged for was a few miles over the allowance for the one way rental. Whew!

Have the location clear a path to u-haul equipment. We dropped off a trailer after dark and it was almost impossible to get out. No lights and we had to back out several hundred feet dodging junked cars all over the place. We tried making a u-turn and got stuck in the sand for over 30 minutes. It was an absolute and total nightmare!!!

The parking lot was too crowded- hard to park even our regular car, much less have to maneuver a 10 ft truck. Luckily they got the truck out for us. Also, pick up our site was moved, which was kind of inconvenient.

There was a gravel area that was the obvious spot to park the truck. There was a sign at the far edge saying "No Parking by Police Order" or something to that effect. I parked the truck there anyway.

What a surprise and what a treat to have found Moes to rent the U-Haul van we needed. Never tell a book by its cover. For us the location was the best - only 2 miles from home; van was clean and even smelled clean. Does not get any better.

We were charged for 2 days rental and 2 days on furniture dolly and handtruck. we only had the truck for 6 hours . Called Uhaul 2 times and have not recieved call back for refund as we were told we would.

Dropped off car transporter at night and Lot was very dark and small with no markings to indicate where to drop equipment. Dropped off the truck next day and the person at location was very rude and uncaring about me. Very poor Customer service. I would not recommend this location.

Pamela was awesome and helped me locate a cargo van that was promised to me and reserved 3 weeks in advance by another dealer only to discover (as a result of my calling to confirm) that they couldn't get the van there for me. I called WTC and Pamela found and reserved one in the same day. UHaul does need to streamline their reservation process so this doesn't happen to anyone else and the online Return the Truck doesn't work either. Says "couldn't determine location" when I had my data/WiFi and Location services ON.
